**This is not medical advice!
Once upon a time while travelling I met with a small accident that gave me some wounds and those got infected from entering into seawater. I had no idea of what medicines I should take especially because I didn’t have a doctor around me. I called a doctor friend and asked for medical advice. She helped me figure out what medicines I could buy from a local pharmacy in Indonesia after multiple rounds of translations. Emergencies can happen at any time and it’s always better to be prepared. Especially if you like to travel and adventure! Hope this video inspires you to create your own medicine bag 😉
ALSO! Big shout out to Eshan who literally heard my travel tales and one day & decided to buy this bag for me and he only added all the medicines, to begin with. 🤪

Just a piece of advice. From a pharmacy student. It’s always good to refrain from mentioning names of medicines prescribed or being taken by you to others. topicals (soframycin) is okay but listing out generic or branded names to your audience who may proceed to use this information to self diagnose, can put them & you in very dangerous situations. Also Nucoxia is a pain reliever & not a muscle relaxant. In medicine the terms are not really synonyms. Hope you have a great day!

I completely agree. I am a Dermatologist and have seen people coming with an irritant reaction to some common antibiotic ointments. And you never know which drug mentioned by you is contraindicated in which medical condition a person is having who is watching your video. It is really foolish on your part to do this kind of video in which you are taking brand names, especially after knowing how blindly people follow you guys in India..

Loose motion should never be stopped instantly especially traveller's diarrhea or loose motion due food poisoning or vomiting due to food poisoning...the germs that casuing those symptoms is your body trying to get rid of them...if you try to stop them rightaway, then germs stay longer in the body, multiply and infection spreads and can do more damage...let the diarrhea run its course for few hours to couple of days depending on the situation(ask doctor), hydrate well with electrolytes or simple nimbupani with balcksalt and sugar..get doctor's advice on when to start lopex for diarrhea or antiemetic medicine for vomiting.....

Hi Tanya You must not not recommend medicines like Loperamide for loose motions to the people . It can be very dangerous in infectious diarrhoea I am big fan fan of your content . Please don’t advice medicines like azithromycin and Lopex . Nucoxia is not a muscle relaxant by the way.

Make sure you get a doctor’s prescription from India before carrying these medicines. Some generic Over the counter are fine but still it’s up to us to confirm they’re not banned in the country u r traveling to!

Azithromycin is not an over-the-counter medicine. You need a doctor's rx, at least in my country, to have it; also, that's only supposed to be taken max of 4 days unless you want your kidneys to fail. Refrain from giving medicine infos because some are actually dangerous even if they're just tablets.

@@anukritirajput3475 homeopathy is pseudoscience, it doesn't work but but works into making people believe that it works and homeopathic doctors are fraudsters because they don't treat people with scientifically proven medicine but just stuff "they swear by". Also all homeopathy students are just modern medicine rejects

@@batra204 Yes! :) Plus not very easily available because you would need a prescription from the doctors of that country. And their visit charges can only run into $400 or so. Even if you take insurance, it may take time to claim that money back. So I feel its better to take consultation online with a doctor from your home country and ask them what medicines you can take.

Luggage bag... It's for emergency use once u reach there... U can carry in hand baggage as well as u would be carrying doctor's certificate and permit for all the medicines u carry.

@@Rumi_567 They don't work for cold. Cold just goes away on its own in a few days. Take antihistamines to help the severity while the infection runs its course.

This is the exact my medical kit that my mother used to pack whenever i left for hostel..everytime i came back from hostel i used to refill kit.. now i am working but i keep these always with me.. during travelling also..

I dropped a 55kilo barbell while doing bench press and cracked 3 ribs. Allopathy had nothing but pain killers prescribed. I opted for painkillers along with homeo meds and I’m all set in 3 weeks. Back to the gym. Been using homeo for 30+ yrs so the scam dint really work on me and my family. I use only German homeo medicines by the way
