Do you think there is good amount of cushion in the shoulder straps? Do you feel back pain carrying the bag with the laptop in it?

Hi! Sorry for the late reply! For me there's not enough cushion in the straps, so it can get uncomfortable if you bring a lot of stuff in the backpack. The straps is quite thin
