I haven't made my way there yet but I definitely want to visit Martha's vineyard. Thanks for making this video. P.s. It was crazy hearing that your friend's name is Toi (this is how I spell my name). I'm starting to see more Toi's out here.

It's funny you say that. I too have met 3 Vandas and 2 Vondas in the past year. I'm 63 and i've never been called the other Vanda.

Nice to see blacks on the island. I was even more surprised to find out that Marthas Vineyard has some black history. I look forward to going.

We were just as surprised. Theres even a TV show out about the blacks in Oak Bluffs.

It actually has a rich black culture there and I was surprised as well. I think we live in such a bubble we just don’t know what we don’t know.
