52k is i20 amount that will include your whole tuition fees of two years course and living expenses for one year. It's a bit exaggerated amount for one year, but it is what it is. You have to show it to pass the visa. fees is 42k two years and 10k extra for living one year

Being in the more cheaper areas of the UK....a grand a month actually sounds really damn reasonable for rent in a city like Chicago.... Damn....England's property prices ARE fucked.
