It was interesting hearing what each girl thought was ideal body wise. Women can be beautiful in all shapes and sizes, so it's nice to know that not all of them have the same thing in mind. I can say though, that Sayuri Namba already has an amazing body, and I look forward to meeting her in Philly when TJPW comes to the US!

The average Japanese woman generally eats a healthy low sugar diet and because of the great Japanese public transport system they get plenty of exercise meaning J women have decent natural bodies.

Japanese girls are beautiful in general. I think the one thing they don't have to worry about is their look. But what makes them even more beautiful is that they are so real. Since I love Japanese movies and music, I have many Japanese favourites. Of course, if I lived there, I'd have "non-celebrity" favourites, too. But now, if I had to choose which of my favourites I like the most, I'd be in real trouble, because in a way they are all precious to me. ... If I still had to pick one, ... it would be モトーラ世理奈ちゃん. I love her a lot for many reasons. However, there's someone else who is even more beautiful. I think that girl is the most beautiful girl, not only in japan but in the whole world.

When women dress up, they usually wear high heels, so whatever height they say they want to be, add a few inches for heels. Now compare them to the average Japanese guy (170cm). With heels women will be much taller and then complain there aren't enough tall men. What is scary is the women's perception of weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. If you are athletic, especially with strong core and lower body, you can weigh more than a sedentary soft person, and the curves will all be in the right places. Better to be physically fit and never step on the scale, unless you compete in a sport with weight divisions. Scales are for sedentary people.

I think the first lady was so cute! She sounded like me. lol I'm about 158-160cm but wished I grew to be around 165cm+ but well I'm too old to grow anymore. I stopped growing in like 7th grade. and having some chubbiness to your body is a good thing. and she has that a bit since her face is round and chunky but her legs are too, She's just beyond beautiful!

The perfect body is destined to set anyway, it can only exist for a limited period of time. Instead, the social model is a source of dissatisfaction that is an engine of consumption. a little less than 40kg?! dayum that's so little, like a kid, I get it if you short you weight less, but under 40kg? never saw in my life an adult girl (like 18+) that weight is under 40kg, it's kinda shocking
