We’re trying but I’m convinced that there are forces to play here than most are not aware of. I’m not talking spiritual forces. Global organizations, unelected bureaucrats, liberal billionaires, social media. As one of the Weinstein brothers said (can’t remember which one), Trump is not going to be allowed to be elected. Read the charter and you will realize it is a rag that actually limits your freedom , including no property rights. It is a horrible document the solidifies this countries eventual demise.

What rights do you feel were broken? Protest is not and never has been a right to break the law. There is no where in Canada that anyone can park a truck in the middle of a thoroughfair, pitch a tent in front of it and party for three weeks. So what rights were broken in removing them?

I moved to the US in my mid 20s for a more affordable life and to get away from the housing crisis in Canada. I've been an early supporter of Pierre's and made my first political donation to him. If there's anyone who could bring me back to Canada it would be Pierre. "What wrong with you people?" is what we're all thinking and happy to hear Pierre say it to their face.

I don't know what's going on with conviction rates, but I did find on the Canadian Judiciary web site that Alberta has a 36% conviction rate after charging and that it was closer to 70% in the provinces with the highest conviction rates. From raw data like that, it would be impossible to do anything more than guess at the cause for Alberta's very low conviction rate. (Sloppy Police work? Overly lenient Judges? Different interpretation of the Constitution? Sneakier criminals?) Poilievre is from Alberta. Maybe he'd know.

You’re right the criminals need to be prosecuted and the probation system needs to end. Jail terms need to be increased all evidence both for and against should be allowed. All evidence could be admissible regardless how it was obtained.🇨🇦🇨🇦
