Today I am going to be testing you on your British English listening abilities! This video features everyday British English conversations, so you can sound like a native speaker. First, you will hear a question, and then listen to a natural sounding British English dialogue. We will then repeat the dialogue, and go through the answer together! This video is perfect for IELTS listening and beginner, intermediate and advanced English listening level learners.

Hello Dylan, thanks for the video! I have some question about your accent, which sounds quite interesting. Do you have a native accent? Where in UK I can find people speaking it? Is it a kind of received pronunciation? Thanks in advance and keep the good work!

Hi! Cheers for the comment. My accent is a fairly standard southern English accent, in some southern cities (London, Bristol, Oxford) you will probably find some people that sound like me. I guess it is a kind of modern RP, but I'm not too sure. I hope that helps :)

Yes, I answered all Advanced questions correctly, but I made 3 mistakes on intermediate level. I think I listen to films and podcasts that’s why advanced words are easy for me
