most powder makeup is fine unless the texture changes! the liquid is fine as well as long as the smell/consistency doesn’t change. the dates on the back are usually for the “worst case scenario”

Looks just like the million dollar homes here in Austin. I like yall’s house way more! Personally, I’m not interested in ever owning a home, I just want a condo or a townhouse. It's amazing that my house in NC is just a bit smaller and has the same size backyard but in no way is it a million dollar home. State and location of the neighborhood are big factors in valuation. I am inspired by this video to do a lot of remodeling and decorating. Definitely appreciating my home even more.
If the makeup hasn't been opened then they should be fine for around ten years. But yeah makeup expires eyeshadow included which I would be extra careful because eye infections etc.

I recommend COSRx pimple patches when you have pimples like that. It helps get rid of the pimples faster and also it prevents you from picking/popping your pimple!! Many kbeauty youtubers use this brand!
I wouldn't recommend turf! The water already stays in your yard when it's raining hard, with turf it will only get worse. You could plant some flowers and others plants, good for all kinds of insects and good for really hard rain! :)

If you don't want your mint to spread in your planter box, you may want to plant in separate pots. Mints tend to spread really fast and can take over the whole planter box.
Can you please tell us what city that open house was in? In LA to be able to get that kind of house (and that size!) for 1million is actually insanely good! I never ever see houses like that for $1 million in LA! Usually something that looks that big and renovated would be closer to $2 million.
So true. Before I leave on any trips or vacation. I always have to clean. Fresh bed sheets, laundry, vacuum, sweep, mop. It’s less stressful when you come home and sleeping in a nice clean bed reminds me of sleeping in a nice clean hotel bed. I always unpacked my clothes and toiletries when I get home. That way I can start on laundry right away. If you really think of it. It takes about; it’s only a hour.
It makes me sad to look at that beautiful house cos we can only get a 3-400 square feet house for that price in Hong Kong🤦🏻♀️😢 The real estate market here in Hong Kong is really crazy and unreasonable 😢

very cute house, and way better value than the other homes. If you guys ever come to Texas you should check out the North Texas/Dallas area, which is booming right now. You can find a new build home builds options, for 300k/400k/500k starting that's nice as this house with more sqft (custom upgrades to 1 mill+) with the same yard-space or more and designer upgrade home options. There's plenty to do in the area, we have lots of national parks in TX too. They have really nice houses and open houses are plenty, it's always fun to peak inside.

our front lawn was 90% weeds and 10% grass but we tried those Weed b Gone sprays last year and this spring the lawn looks much better! there are lots of brown patches now so we're gonna throw some grass seed on it and i think by the end of the summer we'll have a nice green lawn :)

✨✨✨I’m in Toronto Canada and the condos in the suburbs for 2 bedroom are around 500k, townhouses are like 800k and the detached houses with a yard is well over a million dollars. Btw tulips are fragile however they grow back every year. And the bulbs multiply so they are great to have!✨✨✨

You should buy a picture frame or shadowbox frame and pin his little bowl in there. And maybe hang it up somewhere in the rooms it would be nice. To add some little decorations in it too

Hey Weylie, plant the mint in another bigger pot, don't plant it in the ground unless you want it as a groundcover cause mint SPREADS! (not in 1 season, though). In your climate, it should be a perennial. Remember, I run garden centers for a living and have taught horticulture at the college level. I am getting ready to get my staff in gear, already placing orders, especially for Mother's day weekend. We'll have really nice things. That house was really nice, but the backyard was kind of chopped up, and I might have designed it for better flow. They had nice trees though, and it was a nice house to make into a nice home. Your home IS a home, it's really a sweet little house you've done a lot with. Wish I could taste your oranges off the tree. I had an Aunt who had a house in Arizona (Tempe) and she had a lovely grapefruit and pomegranite tree in her backyard. Grapefruit blossoms are a heavenly smell, so sweet! I have a tiny calamondin tree that will go out from my basement (in a pot) to my backyard in May. Husband's bonsai collection is in the basement right now, with the exception of a 25 year long project that is a gingko tree in a large outdoor pot which can overwinter outdoors. Some people argue that lawns aren’t great for the environment because they require so much water to keep healthy. Turf or some other grass alternative may be better for the environment. 😊
Tulips are definitely not fragile. Here in Sweden as soon as the sun shines they grow super fast (even if there is snow on the floor). They are definitely hardcore flowers. 🤣
