I absolutely love this building. I love this suite, its classy and elegant and very cozy. I would buy this place tomorrow if I could. Thank you for the tour :o)
For $29 million I was expecting a semi grand entry way / foyer. That looks more like a servant's entrance. For that price and also with the monthly maintenance charges the building tacks on, good luck trying to sell it for that much. Remember the owners of 2 N. Moore Street were asking around $40 million and had to settle for around $22 million. Also Puck Penthouse One which was asking $62 million has dropped it's asking price by $20 million. Plus at the Puck you would have Karlie Kloss as your downstairs neighbor. Both properties are located in Tribeca for comparison purposes.
I'm in LOVE! Stunning masterpiece! Literally nothing to change or adapt in any way! And this is so rare to say even about a luxury architectural residence. Simple elegant and timeless...I would live there in a heartbeat!! One might think it's too white, but never forget that natural light warms everything up and creates an ethereal environment throughout!
Something its missing in my opinion tiffany glasses oakboasering William Morris tapestry and the Chesterfield sofa next to the whisky and cigarr sideboard
Felt very cold and empty. Just about laughed my ass off when he described that lounge as cozy. For a price like that I expect a lot of oak wall paneling and Persian rugs, but I guess that classical stuff isn't cool anymore.
The coldness is privacy. When you're alone in the apartment, you can think with the solitude. The professional Chef's kitchen caught my eye! However, for $29 million, I would buy a piece of property, build and pay the taxes instead.

It’s a beautiful building. The Harry Potter mention was confusing...was the building exterior used in the movie? That wasn’t clear because it came when he was talking about a guest room. The full wall of kitchen uppers was interesting...that doesn’t seem to be super common anymore.
For the price it had i was expecting something extraordinarily beautiful but... it feels cheap! Like it really feels cheap. Wtf is wrong with these people's mind?
LOL. This place is awful. Tiny windows, gross finishes. Needs a major price adjustment to sell. Dated, tired, and has been sitting on the market forever.
