Very nice property, there's even been a price cut of 200k, but the problem is their's absolutely no privacy, there's a big building with large windows just facing the pool. Strangers will be staring at whoever frolics in the pool and backyard all day
I'm Loving the Interior Design of this 3 Level home...as You Walk in it feels Super big and Super Spacious the Layout is great, The Open Concept of having the Dining, Living and kitchen in One is very nice. I really like it a lot actually. The bedrooms is Also a great size...I love that All rooms in this home have their own bathrooms which you don't see in many homes...which is a plus. Yes, I love the rooftop deck too! I thought I mention that...haha never Miss a great one when you see it. Thank you very much for Another nice Tour of this home Darren. @@Iceyfire12 Sure, I can appreciate that, but we're talking $3M dollars. I don't like how the garage dominates the lot. No space for a regular sized front lawn. The entrance is more like a corridor. Just my critique of it.
