Very nice video and awesome job. Is it true many apartments don't allow kids? How to find ones that do? Are there any more junior suites like this?

Majority of Apartments do allow kids as long as you tell the landlord.

how difficult is it to get an apartment that allows pets(dog) or is it impossible?

There are apartments that allow small pets and there are apartments that donot allow pets at all.This apartment building does not allow pets at all.
