The house has a lot of good space. That room in the attic should just be half office and half cinema chill area. It’s too oddly shaped to be a bedroom.

I didn’t like that top bedroom. The roof was so low, I feel like you’d have to be a short person too. If it was me, I’d use it as the kids play area.

I was totally in love with this house (despite my policy of being totally against semi-detached houses... especially at this price point) until you guys got to the master bedroom.The strange shape, the cramped ensuite and no designated built-in wardrobes or space for them were turnoffs.

I think looking at houses like this with this sorta price range is so much better

Love this house. I like the fact that when u walk in it’s not your classic British entrance but it has a nice, wide entrance hall to each of the rooms.

Was falling in love with this one until I saw the bedroom overlooking the busy road. 😔 3/4mil shouldn't make you stressed over whether to keep the windows open on hot summer's day. Gutted. Completely agree with Summer about the kitchen. Amazing. 😍

I think you're getting a lot of house for that price in Essex. Can't say I'm a huge fan of the master bedroom, headspace looks like a real pinch. Love to see more houses in the North West! 👍

The open kitchen plan looks amazing. Love the door and outside window frame colour. The interior doors looks solid too. It's always nice to have the bathroom mirror light integrated. On the balcony you can put an egg chair.

The master bedroom would be a no. The other parts are ok but for that kind of money, the master has to be bigger and more useable.

Great video, but why do developers become so dumb when it comes to installing decent capacity fridge freezer. The freezer in this property is a joke. Then property is meant to be live able for 5 people and the freezer capacity is for just a single person 🤷🏻‍♀️ seriously.....?

Wooowww, this has to be my fav house within budget that I have seen in a while! That master bedroom would be my child’s play room coz of the heights and awkward shape of the room. I will use the smallest room as a gym room and one of the rooms converted to a walk in wardrobe, then we will use the 2 rooms as family rooms, splendid! Love it, now let me go and work for the money☺️

This house is one of the nicer houses I've seen for a while. Nice proportions and the kitchen is a nice sizable area. Price is pretty good aswell.

Loved this house. Layout is really good. In the family bathroom I'd swap the sink and toilet. And in the kitchen as you walk in to the left I'd add more units. And I'd prefer a full freezer too. Love these videos great for inspiration and a future goal that one day I'd own something like this. Well done keep it up. ♥️

Matt & Summer, re hardwood downstairs and carpet upstairs. In Canada it's the same. our homes are pretty new e.g. 15 years being considered getting up there. They are nearly always hardwood down and carpet up.. Waking up and stepping on hardwood ain't fun. We can get temperatures as low as -40C in some parts so carpet it good.. This home was nice but they should blow out all the walls downstairs to give the illusion of space. Lastly, that kitchen space would be a kitchen and family room which is the most commonly used area in the house.. great channel

It's a decent-sized kitchen but if I were the owner I would make some tweaks. I would move the hob to be more central in the island, incorporate more freezer space and double the size of the sink. The current setup reminds me of those expensive homes where the first kitchen is purely aesthetic and there's a second kitchen for the chef to actually use.

It’s a lovely house and garden although I’m not keen on joint driveway with no separation The inside is very good too but I do like the family room/kitchen dining room, I also like that there is a more formal sitting room and a separate laundry room. Take care and stay safe.

This place looks massive, but for a growing family it’s ideal. So true about carpets, my friends have got a bungalow and had hard floors throughout but not in the bedrooms, but really with out underfloor heating it’s still jolly cold in the winter, they’ve had to invest in fur lined boot slippers to keep there feet warm. If you have hard floors you cannot go without underfloor heating.

I love the entrance. The amount of space it has is worth the money

Beautiful exterior very modern. Love the ground floor. I think when building a house from scratch why would you have such poor layout and spatial awareness. Notice this a lot in British new builds. It makes no sense. No one, absolutely no one wants a box room (I can understand it being in an old house) but why a new build👀👀 the living room could have been much bigger if they moved the toilet into the laundry room and put the boiler under the stairs (it was such an awkward length) (why so deep? Plus it’s right next to the living room, so everyone can hear your business 🤣) . Very awkward master bedroom, once again the layout and spatial awareness, it’s just mind boggling. Not even a walking closet in sight 🙃 all the doors just giving me Alice in Wonderland vibes. Please can you do South East london😊 Great content

Nice home, I really liked the downstairs and all the rooms upstairs seem to be a good size too. Only room I have concerns with is the master.
