Turret only for distraction it makes the enemy focus on ur turret first more than your head Making enemy wasting their time on turret for 2 second is huge advantage
Tbh i don't know why he isn't played more often nowadays. His potential damage output is insane. His abilities are really strong too. I think he is the most overlooked hero in high ranked games.
@@TheMauricio3193 he is defensive character like sym and even Bastion but he got reworked. These characters were made like that from OW1 and have not been reworked. Sure you can play them on offense, but they are more suited for defense. Also his primary is hard to master
@@ghostirq yeah I know that’s how he started off but his just as good on offense if not better. Bc his flank proof when he over loaded and he can spam chokes just as good on offense
where does this stigma of torb dominating low ranks come from? i play in bronze/silver lobbies and torbs are consistenly among the worst players ive ever come across lol they can never ever hit a shot that isnt their turret's and even then, they always place their turrets in terrible positions that always gets destroyed. torb fucking sucks in low ranks too lmfao
Because no one ever shoots turret. As Flats likes to say "torb turret is the best player on the team." Just because you get lucky with bad torb players and decent teammates, doesn't mean that it's gonna be like that for everybody. You'll see people not shooting turrets until maybe plat or low diamond.
Thats big facts i main torb since the release of season2 of ow2 and watching Silvoc made me play different i reach Master 5😂Never played ow1 but im a grinder of rank in game i love
One of the Japan torb users is RLG5656. He uses torb in almost every match, finishing 4400 in OW1 and 6th in NA in ow2. This comment uses Google Translate.
@@iilluminumooconfirmed1676I dont think it's OP, just poorly designed. In TF2 there was a certain ballet to dodging turret fire. Even triggering the alert was a good way to distract the engies nearby. In OW it's just "try not to take too much damage while in a 360 deg radius". It just feels wrong to see a turret do a 180 lock on without delay.
Cool, now once again a Torbjorn that doesn’t care about his turrets and shoots, just like any other character. Torbjorn used to have an identity. He called his turrets his babies because he actively cared about them and keeping them alive. Now he just shoots, like any other character. Thanks, Ubisoft.
