That's a lot of property for that price, is it correct? I'm really conflicted on this house. Beautiful property and home. Just doesn't seem to be very well designed. The really confusing 2nd bedroom looks like maybe a maids room with separate entrance and the odd direct access to the laundry room. Common spaces are wonderful, bedrooms are just ok. Master suite, though interesting, just seems poorly designed. 1 bit larger bath and 2 closets seem to be better, for me. I do like the sitting area. I could happily live here, but just think I'd need to spend a lot of money adding the summer kitchen and in the master suite. I love the tour of it, it's been a while since you had a big property like this. It's really nice to see them, even if this particular one isn't quite for me.

I will be nice. This is a lot of house for the money! Yes, the floor plan is a little wonkie, far too many eating areas, awkward TV placements, and don’t ask me to help pack. I will be nice. If I lived in Florida and could choose my locale, I would consider this home as it has a lot of potential. Hey, whatever floats your boat, right? Thanks for the video; enjoyed it!
