@guytansbariva2295 ...And there's nothing original about that car...and it sounds no different than any other internal combustion engine with a cam and side pipes...just another somebody posting... ...on usedtube
@phenom573 Actually I can. Sold my house and have over half a mil in the bank from the equity money. But I'd rather have a McLaren or Ferrari for the money.
Sweet mother of God. 40 years ago it was my dream car and I still love it. The design, body lines, etc., are timeless IMO. The epitome of American muscle mixed with some British design.
In 1965 my stepdad that married my mother had a red one and a blue one in the garage and sold them to take care of us because my dad never paid child support….I wish he still had them…Shelby cobra big blocks!! He made the ultimate sacrifice!
I'd love to have one like those powerful to the sky Cobras! Two hours drive every sunday afternoon to feel myself apart from the comon so called hi performance car drivers I see in my city.
You have very nice cars. The way you treat the cars with the iconic Fords is admirable, a tribute to the person of Carol Shelby and Ken Miles and the legendary work of their team. Congratulations on the demanding beautiful cars.
One of the great father figures in my life had a kit Cobra that he put a Team Glidden built 427 in for a contract painting he did, and we rolled through Indianapolis one time and just idling down the street set off car alarms the whole way. As a teenager I thought, and still do think that was something awesome. RIP Tom Thomas. You were such a great man, and role model. 30 years ago and I remember it like yesterday.
The most awesome car ever to go down a road in the world. There isn't anything I wouldn't do to purchase a 427 Cobra. All these years and there still nothing better.
The body of the Ford Mustang was designed by two Hungarians at the Ford factory in America, József Boros, who was born in Hungary. It debuted in 1964. The emblem of the horse was designed and carved out of wood by Károly Keresztes.
Fastest car I've ever ridden in was a cobra . Total stranger saw me gawking at it in a parking lot at 2am. Guy asked me if I wanted to take a ride...man that thing coming over hwy 59 going south right out of downtown Houston...it was on rails making that huge sweeping on to 59 south at 150mph was pretty cool
And About 400hp more than most accomplished drivers can handle, remember a cobra is not a car to just be aimed in a straight line, it's meant to transit bends at high speeed
I had a Roush Supercharged Lightning back in 2004. Great truck. But the front end fell apart in two years. I drove it moderately. Luckily, I unloaded it before I had to spend huge money.
