"There is nothing healthier than having a healthy relationship with food" is exactly what I needed to hear today. I´ve been recovering from severe restricting for 1 year and a half and since the third lock-down in Germany I "finally" start feeling the effects of not being able to live the life to its fullest... I wanted to loose the body fat I gained during this time but due to a shoulder injury, my workouts are really, really limited and my motivation suffers a lot. I was shortly tempted to go back to restricting, thought my body is heavily refusing with more emotional outbursts! Your videos really, really help me finding peace and a calm mindset to rationally think and create a healthier routine in me life. I may not wake up at 5 AM currently, but I already made it a habit to meditate in the morning and dry brush! I will takle a healthier food palate next!! Thanks and best wishes to all the wonderful beings out there!!

I'm so like you, I like eating dinner around 6pm. Then I lived in Spain for a bit where they eat dinner at like 9-11pm... I was not a keen bean haha x

OMG I was literally about to go to Blair this year! I went to revisit day and everything but then decided on another school cause it low-key seemed like it was in the middle of nowhere :(

It is, but most boarding schools are and I think that's a huge part of the experience--my sister loved it because the community is really tight and the focus is on school :)

I actually love living in NY! It has so much variety in food and in people! Lot’s of opportunities. I’m glad to see another RU-vidr from New York! ps I don’t live in the city :D

I live in LA and those juices are everywhere in Hollywood. I don't live in that part, but yeah... not in too many other parts of LA. Also, those chips are almost neon. lol
