I honestly don't think you should not ADS as much as he does. He also has a mercy pocket >50% of the time which makes it a lot more viable.

Bro, your content is lovely. But please respect your viewers: You can't write "What a champion Ashe looks like", with the Champion 1 icon, when your peak isn't even Champion 1, and when you are just smurfing in Master 4 during the video... Beside that, you're a great animator and the content is cool, in fact, I did watch until the end : and at 12:39, you're a classico DPS main blaming support while getting 3 shots by Cassidy while not playing beside a cover.
