So in doing all these different videos around the C8 corvette, I realized I never gave my impressions on owning one as a first time corvette owner. Is it practical to own? Is it worth having? I give my impression in todays video!

I just bought my first C8 Corvette! It's being delivered tomorrow hopefully! I never driven a Corvette or been in a C8 ever. So, this will totally be a new experience for me.

Great video from your prospective. I'm the other way, of course I'm a LOT older. I've owned 7 different cars in generations 2,3,4,5 and 8. The C8 is surpasses my expectations in about every way. Is it my favorite Corvette? I won't say yes to that, all of them are were fun cars to own and I had my likes and dislikes. The C8 is without a doubt the most pleasant Corvette to drive. BTW I don't understand why you only have 452 subs. Your videos are top notch. Stick with it!

Iv got nothing against the car I think it’s a great car. That said I think it might be bias I much prefer older corvette like the C4 or others around that age. My 2 biggest gripes is the C8 doesn’t look like a corvette to me and some of the issues people get from gm quality control. I’d much prefer the C7 but again the performance of the C8 are impressive.

Hey Matt thanks for the reply! 👍 Its interesting because i get the perspective of those not thinking its a corvette and the quality control could definitely be improved. I feel its a modern corvette that is doing the things that come to heart when you think of the name brand. And thats competing toe to toe with other manufacturers and beating them sometimes at their own game. Either way though I do believe the C8 was geared towards newer or 1st time C8 owners which was an excellent choice to maintain the longterm livelihood of this amazing brand. @@NuHorizonC8 interesting to know and I think you might be right with the new customer base. As a vett owner lot of friends make the joke I’m a middle age man in a mid life crisis lol. I’m only 31. Not sure how much you know but the corvette was initially meant to compete with Europe super cars at the 3rd of the price. So good to see their keeping everybody on their toes with this one. Thanks for the comment! 😎👍 I came alittle late to the party in regards to getting a z06 anytime soon so not anytime in the near future its looking like. Im actually shifting my focus onto getting an early reservation spot for the ZR1 so ill be ready for that production model in a few years.

Was your high wing from the factory or after market? If after market, from where?
