I remember being saved from the tension one time. I was going down south for 2 weeks and I forgot something my dad was in desperate need of. I started to freak out and my mom simply goes, “don’t worry I grabbed it on our way out of the house”. That was the moment I realized my life was saved, but we still had to turn around because my brother forgot his wallet and my sister forgot her phone charger.

Yeah I get motion sickness in the car because the speed changes so much. Going on a trip to somewhere like mountains where you have to go on winding roads every day is a nightmare when it comes to riding in the car.
@@trrriple1371 my nose is really picky with different kind of smells which does not help at all with my motion sickness so everytime I ride a taxi I always feel like dying. And BTW if you've never been on a ferry when the ocean is really "wavy" its far more worst than car rides.:( Anyways maybe in the future experts will invent a vehicle suited for us. :)
Used to have that problem. Now we drive in two vehicles for vacation. Much easier to put the “long term stuff” in the one of the trucks, and then use the “mini” SUV to cruise around in.
I praise God that my parents never forced these kinds of things on me when I was younger. I hate riding in cars for too long, doing it for more than an hour or two is fucking grating on my sentience

Hey that kid is adorable! Don't call them weird! They seemed to be the only one with a genuine smile in that whole car. Mom's is fake to cool the mood and the dad and the camera holder's is fake for the views. The kid playing Minecraft seems to be the only balanced one of the whole clan.

I call him a 'weird minecraft kid' but I'm genuinely impressed by the things he does in the game (he teases me for being a 'weird zelda/animal crossing/genshin nerd' too). Also, I don't know why everyone's saying she does it for views. Like, yeah, obviously. That's the point of sharing things publicly. To share it with other people because it's fun (family blogs obviously aren't for you btw), and for views. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. I have an Instagram art account, and I post things on there to share what I can do and what I love, and for attention and views. I went on a five day drive with my family with only one extra seat that was full of stuff there was 7 people in one car and we drove for 5 days and it was really fun to have my legs get crushed by the stuff from the extra seat full of stuff

My family doesn’t go on road trips but when we go shopping together my dads always angry for some reason, he makes my mom angry at him but she’s still fine with us, my brother is playing games on his phone and getting a headache and I’m looking out the window with music blasting into my eardrums. Ok but imagine that passenger is your daughter. This road trip is for them to enjoy. Slight discomfort for a dad so their daughter can be more comfortable is a no brainer for any parent.
