I work in the pool business. Customers use to call me at all hours and I was only the pool boy. Not the owner. I believe this guy 100%. The pool industry has those type of customers that don't care about the hour. And then you got customers that don't want to be bothered for any repairs under $1k. It's a crazy field to work in.
guy comes home a 6 takes a dip in his pool finds a problem that night so he gives the guy a ring. Owned a A/C business for 20 years my phone never stopped ringing when cell phones arrived I could shut it off a 9
Ya it's pretty messed up because the judge doesn't understand how pool business works. Pools do not care about the hour. You literally have emergency calls. Pools cost tens of thousands of dollars to place and repair. It's very important to resolve issues before they become too bad. For example, a clogged skimmer due to an object blocking a pipe can cause the pool motor to stop pulling water and potentially burn out the motor. Instant 1500$ for the motor and $1200 for the labor (that's why he makes so much. Repairs.) Do you have $2700 in your pocket? Then, if the person has low/ no income, the pool can turn green without a functioning motor and this will cause huge fines and health risks to the surrounding area because the water will stagnate and cause mosquitoes and bugs to reproduce rapidly. Costs upwards of $10k. Not to mention the dramatic drop in house value by having a cesspool in the backyard. There was no evidence really indicating that lewd acts had been performed, or if it even mattered. Clients telling you they are laying out probably mean it as a warning because it can surprise the tech walking in.
Yes. I believe him because I do call them at night time when I use it and it is not working. Is the pool isn't warm up , I do want it fix the right away..

If he's already paying the nanny, school, as well as child support, he shouldn't owe her alimony. Especially for only two years. And tbh, the nanny and tuition are technically child support, so he's paying more than he should.
Yea its rediculous she has set people child support based on the kids tuition and everything before. But in this case she makes it seem like two different things. So he basically paying double for no reason
There is no legal reason or leg to stand on for her to order him to continue to pay the nannie or for private school, and is the judge thinks its better the kids live with a deadbeat parent who lets a nannie raise her kids while she is not working instead of the what seems to be sole provider is nuts. If She was working full time as well then I support the use of a nannie or family member helping out but if she is not working at all and expects others to raise her kids while he pays for everything even her buying a house that is wrong.
Toyota still owns the majority of the homes that they bought their employees when they moved to Plano in 2014. Toyota employees sold their $1.5mil houses in California, then bought 2 or 3 more houses in the DFW metroplex, and rented them out, causing prices to surge for a time. It’s only recently started to come down. A simple family home 1970’s “fixer-upper” is roughly $340k+ in North Dallas. After Toyota, a bunch of other companies did the exact same thing. This is why I tell my son to get a prenupt. A man can work hard to get financially secure and bring a woman in and she can absolutely destroy all he's done. If they built the business together then I could see her asking for reimbursement. But for him to buy her a house and support her for however long it takes for her to find the job she likes is ridiculous.

A prenuptial agreement is unrelated to this situation. It serves to safeguard the assets acquired by an individual before marriage. Her intention wasn't to claim ownership of the business; rather, it seemed like she was seeking financial support post-divorce. It's advisable to counsel your son to seek a loving and compatible partner, ensuring he doesn't seek affection elsewhere. Given her behavior, it appears this may have been a contributing factor in this particular case.
I don’t get what you’re missing. People generally don’t need a reason for divorce. Moreover, he’s maintaining the school and nanny for 3,000. Meaning he’s paying a temporary payment of 3,800 to his wife. If the wife has the kids (because the judge prioritizes time spent with the kids more than money spent ON the kids) then she’ll need something so they won’t starve. Plus the judge stated multiple times that this is only temporary and if she doesn’t find a job soon then she’ll lose it. I don’t like the woman either but the judge made a fair decision.
Yea, The judge is wrong on this case, The man makes good money and is getting punished for it. If I was the guy, I would fire the Nanny and make the woman learn to cook
@@MajorJim69 Spousal support is temporary. The rest? No. If the kids are going to an expensive private school, it was because their current situation allowed it. Now, do they really have to go to a private school? Absolutely not. Public school would have to do and it's only the mother's fault for taking away this opportunity from her children. And it's obviously the nanny who's doing all the work. But, we should not forget that there are many single parents out there who can manage to work and don't need a nanny. Some have to rely on family or friends when their finances and workload get in the way. That woman clearly got some wild ideas in mind like not needing to be committed to one man in her life, but still wants his money. So she came up with an impossible scenario about the man cheating. She couldn't even show that famous picture of him in someone else's pool to back up her claims. True, the man is clearly rich, but he still got screwed by the system. And her major contribution is going to lunch, spa days, and therapy, while working part time and shipping the 2 yr. old off to "school", while a nanny basically does everything else for her. I think she's right about one thing - with her GED and attitude, it probably WILL take a very long time for her to find another job.

Probably a Christian school. There's a lot of those in Texas/the south where they can start as low as Day Care age and they can stay with the same school "umbrella" all the way through high school.
Love the confidence in "I'm proud to say I have my GED". Not that that isn't something, but she sure lives on a high horse of confidence for someone who only has the education of a high schooler.
I loved the awkward silence after. All the judge could say was, "that's an accomplishment." Not much of an accomplishment when you're 45 and want to live off your husband. But it is an accomplishment.
She is screaming "I'm a gold digger" sounds like she married him intending on divorcing him... i have never seen judge Vonda make such a stupid decision.. ive never trusted her judgment less
This is how I understood it. $6800 is a lot but... that included the nanny & private school he's been paying. Deduct that & it drops to $3800. Of that is, $1500 for her spousal support-1/2 mortgage of $3k. $4500 is for 3 months of support, not that she's getting that monthly- she told her many times it's a temporary help. Leaving the $2300 for the kids. This isn't exact numbers but Judge said $2200 of child support so close enough lol Someone tell me if I completely misunderstood. These numbers made me feel better because that woman is lazy and money hungry.
Which is the ways the court system treats men he can have video evidence of him not doing anything and him being a legitimate 100% professional businessman and the judge would still been him over and rape and because of Karen
I wasn't expecting that outcome. In the beginning when she was saying that she wants to maintain her lifestyle and listing all the stuff she wants him to pay for, I laughed. Didn't think she'd win the case.
