Hello,l put plain rice protein or plain pea protein in mine and work with the amount,small amount first then build up,if I put to much if first it upset stomach 🤞

Hello Danielle,yes because you are training hard,with weights, you are right about the protein,if you don’t you will start feeling worn out and might pull a muscle,if you take small amount of protein,take a tea spoon at a time in water and eat a couple of berries afterwards to take the flavour away of plain protein,2/3 times aday.No pain no gain lol
