Nice to see a stranded deep playthrough. Love this game. That pretty purple looking starfish DON'T touch it. Yucca trees you get 6 leaves and fibres trees scattered around the island. Haven't played in a while but i do believe yucca trees grow back 2 or 3 in game days. Somewhere in there is a splint. Wood,lashings and maybe something else to make it. There's 2 cloths per island scattered around. Look for crates in wrecks and ships get good loot. Your doing great see u on your next episode
in your crafting inventory look upper left where it says consumables (it will be greyed out until you click on it) click on it and it should have a splint for broken bones. I think, it's been awhile since i've played

a broken leg can be cured by crafting and applying a splint. To do so, players will need to scavenge for two Wood Sticks and two Lashings. Sticks can be acquired from Wood Logs, Driftwood Piles, and Ficus Trees. If the player does not have a cutting tool, sticks can also be found lying around the island. Players must craft the Lashings, which will require them to get eight Fibrous Leaves. Once a player has the required components for the splint, they must press the ‘C’ key to access the Crafting menu. On the crafting screen, the player will need to click “CONSUMABLES,” located at the top of the menu, which opens a list of consumable items that the player could potentially craft. Players may need to scroll down to locate “SPLINT.” Players must place their cursor over the splint - which will be showing the requirements and how many of each the character possesses - and click the left mouse button. Doing this will place the splint in the character’s hand; at which point, players must click the left mouse button again to use the item. This will allow you to start healing over time
Laura... Don't pick the yucca fruit until you're at the farming stage as you can use them to grow your own yucca plants. If you pick the fruit, the yucca leaves won't regrow which you should always get 6 from each harvest. You can also pick the little palm saplings, as they count as lashings and will regrow. The stuff you pick that can regrow will do so in about 3 game days. The "pretty" purple thing will poison you if you step on it. A death sentence for you this early in the game. When the meat you're cooking is done, you'll hear a bell ding sound if you're close to the fire. Eating uncooked meat can get you sick. Check your raft, it should have food in the raft containers. Don't worry about the loom yet, search the beaches and shoreline for some cloth. ALWAYS search the sunken ships at each island. Bubbling water indicates something worth checking under the water. Building stints will help your broken bones. Pick the pipi plant which you didn't do. They're essential for poison remedies. The original island you land on is a safe island with no dangers, but with only enough resources to get you started. At every new island, search the beach and shore for items. Make some spears and watch out for snakes. Gather as much palm saplings and yucca leaves that you can as soon as you can so that they will regrow faster. Build a water still as soon as possible.
