Beautifull what kooij, milan, molano and all the others are doing. But take a look at madis mikhels 🇪🇪 (6). He is only 20 and sprinting top 10 in a grand tour for the 3th time this giro. His performance is outstanding.
3 birds in one shot for Pogi 1. Mission ‘ humiliate inneos’ all chit-chat. 2. Win sprinters heart in the peloton. Look he is leading out other teams. 3. Take stage-1 revenge for the Narvaez sprint finish.. pheww. Pogi can tell off chuck norris. He can walk on water, he can do anything bozz
Just go to the "stage highlight" video FIRST. There's no spoiler. This video is uploaded AFTER the highlight video so it's not a spoiler cos most of us watch the HIGHLIGHT video first. This is just an add on video. You'll figure it out😉 🤘🏻🏴
We would all be more aware of/familiar with the great young talent in cycling today if you "butt-kissers" would climb off the Cav hyperbole bus. It's not Kooij's team members getting mentions during sprint stages, it's has-beens like Cav and Sagan getting all the "smoke" and all the cash.
Im a huge Cav fan but what does Cav have to do with this race. My pick for the sprints at this Giro was Kooij. Hes a force to be reckoned with. I'm not blind to any of the new upcoming lads in the sport. They are the future of the sport and as much of a fan I am of Cav he is pretty much done and finished. I do hope he gets #35 at the TDF tho but I really am not expecting it. There's so much brilliant new talents in the sport right now. Both GC and sprints. There's even some great breakaway riders as well. This is a awesome time to be watching the sport. Don't classify us Cav fans as ignorant or blind to anything. I'm still a realist!!! 🤘🏻🏴
@@kennykaniff Kenny, JV was blaming Kooij's relative obscurity on the fact that he races for a GC squad. I believe the unwarranted attention wasted on tired, old has-beens who won't clear out and move on, creating spots for young up-and-coming talent is to blame. Sagan, Froome and Cav get way to much attention from the media considering they can't/haven't won anything but minor races IN YEARS!
@@isitrachelorj3953 how can you NOT pay attention to Cav. Like him or hate him, he is a legend in the sport. On paper he's the greatest sprinter to grace the peloton whether you like that fact or not. So it's no surprise the media pays attention to him. If he's not at a race the spotlight isn't on him and quite honestly I've seen several races this season where he WAS at the race and his name was hardly even mentioned. The focus was on those winning and actually getting into the sprints and that's because he wasn't even getting top 10 in sprints. He wasn't even getting in the bunch (a bit sad to see for a fan of his) but I'm a realist and it's time he steps down but you can't blame him. He wants #35 and that's the ONLY reason he's hanging on like this. I just can't agree with your view on this. I see it differently and not because I'm a Cav fan, it's because I'm not seeing the things you're talking about. I REALLY don't see them. I think it's because you probably dislike him and any time you hear his name you are tired of it and subconsciously you think his name is mentioned too much. I truly don't think that's the case as I stated already Cheers 🤘🏻🤔
@@isitrachelorj3953 now that I think of it I can completely blow that theory out of the water. The team Cav is riding for (Astana) has been putting quite a bit of effort and time into Kanter. He was at a race this season WHILE Cav was there and Cav wasn't in the bunch but Kanter was and he won the bunch sprint so that completely goes against what you said about clearing the old has beens and making room for new talent because Astana is doing just that, BRINGING IN A NEW SPRINTER!! Just because Cav is still there it isn't preventing any new talented sprinters from coming onboard. It's not like Cav is taking up a spot that could go to another younger, better sprinter. It's clearly not the case cos Kanter was brought onboard and they are utilizing him and sometimes at the SAME race they have Cav at 🤘🏻🏴
@@kennykaniff Kenny, obviously you did not watch the show, when the comments were made. You must be a Cav fanboy who is offended that anyone would dare hope that he would "just go away". Please listen to Daughters remarks!
