I think the whole thing is getting out of control. The tourists are so rude crowding the horses ,touching, grabbing the rains ,mocking the horses and guards ,put children in dangerous situations by making them get to close to the horse , ignoring the police when changing guards as they still want that picture no matter what to standing and walking in the horse box it’s ridiculous and needs to stop 😡

That many people around the horse and guard would send me insane…big big respect to both of them. Tourists don’t care, they just want that snapshot…to be fair, I’d love a photo too but I would not crowd the horse or guard like that. (I’m in southern hemisphere anyway so that won’t happen)

If I ever get the chance to visit this place, I will make sure I am there during the "off tourist season" and in very cold, rainy weather so as to avoid such crowds. What I am seeing in this video is madness and a pickpocket's delight.

I don't know how the Guards and horses handle all the crowds pushing and touching. It's too bad there isn't another Guard or someone to keep the crowds from becoming pushy around each area. The Guards are quite tolerant and patient.

That whole group were loud and obnoxious, especially the women who stuck her tongue out. They controlled the area and other tourists were having trouble getting a picture. The decimal level went down as soon as they left. But I must say this Guard has quite the commanding voice. 😘

I honestly think the guard was remiss in letting this crowd get so close.More than one person held the reins and he didn’t notice even though he was being vigilant..There needs to be PUBLIC MONITORS/HELPERS/HORSE GUIDES to control these crowds,give advice and the history of the HORSE GUARDS..These people could be VOLUNTEERS who want to be helpful..Sort of like those at WINDSOR CASTLE.

Its needs one of the police who just hang about in the yard to be stationed out the front at ALL times whose job it is to MOVE THE CROWDS AWAY. It's madding how they're never there unless the hear the guard give a really big shout,by which time it's too late. Get the sentry's their own police guard.

I would love to do that. As a Texan, who was raised on a dairy farm, riding horses to bring up the cows, in rodeos, even just to go check the mail, mailbox was a good distance from the house, I would LOVE to yell at these people to leave the horse alone and back up.

I'd love to have been there at that exact moment, she would have required an ambulance I kid you not. What a hateful piece of filth. How dare they treat the beautiful guards & horses like that. Surely senior officers in the Household Brigade could see how these actions by Tourists are so degrading to the soldiers and their horses, as it’s been said it’s not Disneyland, And there’s just no respect for them now, I appreciate its lovely to have a photo with them but where the health and safety aspect of it. Isn’t it time for a barrier to protect the horses but still allow for photos to be taken, There just needs to be a better balance between tourists and these frontline soldiers doing ceremonial duties and them having a care for their horse. Perhaps unfortunately it may take an serious accident for things to change

I believe that she and her group of other old ladies, knew what they were doing. If you watch them all, they seem to plan things out in order to touch the reins! Grow up already!
