I like Walters playing also, his personality in his fingerstyle playing is unique and honest.....I love to listen to guitar instrumentals because when played the right way, the melody takes the place of the singing. If you have never listened to Tommy Emmanuel, whom I've seen three times, then you should really him out too. He plays more of a chet Atkins thumb picking style as I also do, but he is definitely at the top of the list for instramentalist!

You play the songs, exactly how they are. Other musicians, always make changes or extra notes they shouldn't play due to their lack of harmonic skills. You are excellent my friend. Admirable.

Walter, somehow I forgot about this video and just found it again this morning. This is such a lovely, calm arrangement. I love how you occasionally use full rich chords as the foundation for runs. (I also wish I could modulate as elegantly as you do!). I would love to purchase a video lesson on this arrangement if you get any time to produce one. All my best, John
