Idk if this makes sense but See what i love about Heather is you can tell she isn’t perfect with speaking she stops and messes up words but it doesn’t stop her she is still so focused on getting the word across and you can tell she is just so genuine!! This is motivating to me in so many ways❤️❤️

Hey sis, I am right there with you. I am reading the book Wait and See - Finding Peace in God's Pauses and Plans by Wendy Pope. I am really enjoying it so far and enjoying the fact that I have someone who understands exactly how I feel regarding so many areas. I am waiting on a job in another state so I can join my family who moved ahead of me. I feel so left behind so I am beyond frustrated.

Why am I so like you Heather? I am also having trouble trusting God with my man, I wanna do the picking myself because I am afraid God will ask me to marry maybe some weird short guy who is not even my type; just because he has a good heart according to God. Everytime a short guy or a broke guy approaches me I be like "God, he better be not the one cuz I'm not taking him, hell nah!
As if God would give you a serpant if you ask for a fish. That is a lie from hell, sold to people who settle. You want the best for you. So how much more does God want the best for you? You have nothing to be worried about. Don't accept anything or anyone you know God hasn't given you the desire for, they are just counterfeits. God knows what you want and need. So He will meet those needs. Your job is to have faith, wait, and trust.
I literally felt an ache in my chest today. When I sat across my friend who openly denies Jesus is God and believes the Universe will give everything to her. In the last year, she got the job that I wanted and repeatedly applied for, the car she wanted was on her driveway one day, she broke up with her boyfriend, brushed off the breakup like a boss, with no sweat and is with a new man, now she is getting offers all around the country for a promotion. Today, the position I've been praying for & preparing myself to have (but did not get) my friend tells me that the company reached out to her even though she did not even apply. At that moment, I felt it straight in my heart. I felt so forgotten and little. It really is a test to believe that God has the best in mind for his children. Those who do not believe in Jesus may prosper, but is up to us where we place our treasure. I am pushing forward to pass this test.
