Okay so hear me out So the unconditional love of the younger siblings is basically the parents way of saying “Oh shit, I messed the first one up. Better try again with this one.” So the oldest/older sibling(s) *aka the OS* don’t get as much support because the parents are so focused and trying to undo their mistakes and fixing it with the younger sibling *aka the YS* not realizing that they can just try harder to give the OS better support. Probably doesn’t make sense but there’s my point of view on it.

Simply means you just gotta try harder. If the sister that failed 2 classes got their grades up and did all their assignments it shows that they were working hard for their future and their family, and you got behind an assignment. One assignment isn’t that bad but if you POSSIBLY continue getting behind assignments after the first one, you’ll end up worse than the sister that failed 2 classes. Your parents simply just want you to do your best for your future so you can live a good life and be successful, they dont control what type of successful job you can get but they still pushed you to doing everything you missed for the sake of your future. This is important, just remember that your parents still care even when they seem like they dont. I understand every feeling. And its hard

@ Arctix ok but sometimes it’s not that easy. If it’s one assignment, it’s normal, it’s okay, you forgot or was too busy or stressed. You probably already feel bad about that, and then your parents decide to berate you over it, comparing you to your sister who you know failed two classes and probably only barely managed to get her grade up, meanwhile you here are working hard but not getting anywhere. It instills in you that you will never be enough for your parents, no matter how hard you try. That undermines you and your very spirit, and you know that if you’re getting in trouble for one missing assignment while your sister gets in the same trouble for ten, what does it matter? Sometimes parents don’t care about their kids they care about their image and it isn’t the same thing, not at all. Unless I’m misunderstanding in which case I’m sorry

on top of 14-15+ hours of dance i pushed myself and my mental health to the limit at school. i ended up getting straight A’s besides sport and french (both B’s). i won three awards for being top of the year in three subjects. even though my mental health was at its lowest point, i was very proud of my accomplishments. my parents told me ‘imagined if you studied more like …’

I just want to hug everyone in the comments, and this video. I cant face my friends with out a smile cause I feel like if I’m sad, they’ll think it’s their faults, and I don’t wanna be that person, so I fake a smile. I’m leaving my whole life behind in July, cause I’m moving across the US, and so I’m probably gonna break and school one day, and pretend like nothing was happening from then on. My own parents too. I fake smiles around them, my whole family. No one thinks of anything. 😀

Dont mind me, im just venting. (im gonna tell it like a story tho.) It was thankgiving yesterday. And I'm going thru ppls story on Snap. And I get to my best friend of 13 yrs(we are both 14) story. (And everyone else was posting about all the ppl that they are thankful for). So, she was doing the same thing. And she posts about her friend who she's only known for like 8 yrs. She said "thank you. I wouldent be where I am today if it wasn't for you". I wasnt on her story. I wasnt on anyone's story.(I have a lot of friends that have snap, so I expected my name to be on there at least once). It wasnt. What about me?

Sometimes my friends randomly bring up how bad their life is, and it seems like when I try to bring up mine it’s just brushed aside. One day, I had a math exam and I've got C for it, as the most of the class. Our teacher has been telling how she is dissapointed. She told us that there were some students that was given hope but failed exam. She named all of them. My name wasn't in that list. And at that moment I realized: people don't even hope that I'm going to entertain and pass the exam for an A. I joked about it, but teacher said that I'm not in this list cuz "I'm not "stable in this". That destroyed me. I tried and am trying but it's pointless. People have no hope left for me. I had tears in my eyes, but I pretended that I don't care about my grades and tried not to cry. Yeah, sounds stupid, I understand. Guys from video have problems that are harder that mine, but I can't sometimes understand why or am I not good enough.

Three days ago we had a sixth grade dance and it was like a glow party and I went to hang with my friends and they just kept leaving me and walking away or just running off.. This song is kinda relatable, because I have trauma and I'm always scared to vent or to ask for a therapist to help me cope with it, because I'm scared I'll get ignored, get told I'm being selfish, other people have it worse, or that I'm doing it for attention. Even when I'm not, but I'm also probably not asking for help because I don't want to deal with my emotions or to stress people out when they have their own problems to deal with. I'm sry for rambling. I've basically gotten to the point to where I'll help anyone with their struggles and just get mad at myself for having them in the beginning, I've just gotten numb over my emotions, and would look at the thought of dying, LITERALLY DYING and thinking "Oh! That looks interesting, I'll have to try it out one day." , I just don't even know anymore. Again, I'm sry for rambling.

0:53 i got told i have a perfect life when in reality i don't. they told me "your life is so perfect, i mean you're good at sports, you're smart, you have good friends, you have a good family, and you're pretty" the truth is is that even when i try my hardest at sports , there are still people who are better then me and try harder then me. every grade i earn is less then i want because i study and study but im still trying to play sports and cant grasp the concepts of the material. i have good friends now but i used to have a friend who messed me up by harming me mentally and threatening to physically harm me (with a weapon she held in her hand). my mother and sister take their anger out on me even when its not me who made them angry. and i couldn't tell you how many negative comments i receive on my appearance as well as how much i hate the way i look. im anxious all the time and never sleep. i dont have "a perfect life" and i never will but the pressure of people look at you as "perfect" is daunting. [didn't mean to rant but uh- ye]

I even asked if she was with her, and she said no. but on the snap map it said '' just now'' and they were both together, so i showed her the picture of them together and she just said it was a joke. its still happening now and i want to get rid of them, but all my other friends ignore me etc apart from elke. and ive just lost my online best friend benji since he catfished me, i dont know what to do, but someone please help.

Hello world uhh... I juts wanna trll y'all that this vid made me feel a little better ... because my mom and dad juts had a fight today and uhh...
