Is there a central registry for all real estate owned by my family member?

There is not a central registry in Oklahoma. However, you might try searching in the County where you believe the real estate was located. Most counties in Oklahoma allow online searches. If you have any questions, then please do not hesitate to call our office for an appointment. Thanks again.

I am rep of estate , only child and only heir but I lived in CA and he lived in various states I have a trust I can't find , a house , mineral rights he left me and stocks, bank and alot more . His wife lied to judge and said he had no children I got on plane and proved I was but no one will help me because it's been to long how can I find my dad's assets and trust and house. Her lawyer stole 14.000 from my dad's estate and hid assets. I have Oil checks sitting somewhere for years. Can't find the oil company can you help

Find the land where the oil comes from. Companies will have accounts on court records. But if you are not the beneficiary you cannot touch that money but if you are, she cannot touch the money. If the person had a bank account the checks went too, if your the beneficiary it's yours. If not the spouse is the owner. If she kept this from you that's a form of abuse and you can sue her.

My mom trusted a lawyer who lied in court and got some joe blow cop as a power of attorney. He has kept the trust from me sold my assets and cleared out her bank account. He never told the bank she passed so nothing was frozen.

Is this not grave digging? Should we not all get the nicer arbiter validation, certification, administration, regulators? That advanced their careers to fiduciary security Legals and Pair Legals. Holding our families together with a global Inheritance and legacy registry? Could you lawyers please wake up and do this before were dead. We will start giving you our special gift list purchase order for the nicer, forgery proof inheritance. We will gift our small, expensive items, cyber coins and weapons legally before they march. Following the nicer citizen, reform commission refund committee April 2024 acceptable use policy.
