I genuinely hope that he and kotoni staggs form a Ricky Stuart-Laurie Daley style halves combo. Where Adam takes on the Ricky Stuart role and controls the team. Kicks sides to death, and drives the forwards like sled dogs. Then kotoni just chimes in and has that highlight reel running and offloading for tries.

I think Bennett will be Head of Football or some other similar position at the Broncs, which is why Reynolds signed with the Broncs after speaking with him. Hope Reynolds fits well and adds real value to the Broncs Team

As a Broncos fan I reckon this could be the best signing in the club’s history. On the flip side, the NRL need to pull their heads in and figure out a way to allow clubs to keep one team players in the back end of their careers. Such a shame for Adam and the Bunnies fans that he was essentially forced out.

Su'A is the only player that is worth chasing. Capewell is playing well, but they are talking way too much money when the guy is playing in a premiership leading team. He doesn't play like that in a cellar dweller team.

Not to be mean but there could be some shortcomings to this signing. People need to remember that Cook and Walker heavily complement Reynolds. So did players like Inglis and Burgess. He's a brilliant kicker but doesn't create many tries on his own. In 2020, he had 11 try assists. Nathan Cleary had 24 and Shaun Johnson had 23. The Broncos need to support him by rebuilding their entire spine (fullback, hooker, and 5/8th). Those combinations will take time. He'll definitely polish their sets, but I worry that he'll be expected to do a lot of heavily lifting, especially with an untested 5/8th.

It's so interesting how much these guys get wrong, just over a week ago reynolds was a no chance to join Brisbane and Staggs wasn't staying and was looking to join the Mitchell Moses because they are represented by the same management team. Not only did they get Reynolds, he signed for less money and Staggs also stayed. I wonder if they were also wrong about Bennett not going back to Brisbane. 🤔
