I've grown to have so much respect for Shayna. She seems naturally cool. She's one of the most technically gifted wrestlers irregardless of gender in the company rn.
I respect anybody like Shayna a former MMA fighter for the simple fact she worked her way from bottom to the top vs Ronda Rousie whom was practically handed her WWE career on a silver plate than to only talk shit about wrestling fans after she had left. Shayna was doing Indies matches before WWE with no more than sometimes $25 and a hot dog! Her and Asuka deserve way better and are true female wrestlers.

Shayna plays her badass character so well that when you see how chill and cool she is in real life makes you realize how good she plays the character. She's also a real-life machine!
Renee's crushing these interviews! Shayna is an awesome person. She seems so cool and outgoing.. I wish WWE would explore letting people be more themselves mixed with some creative direction. I agree with you on the 'being natural/themselves bit'. With Shayna it's a really small nuance in the use of her voice when she promos. She drags her thoughts a bit more than, for example, right now in this vid. If she can get the astuteness of the way she talks here in her heel promos... she's perfect. Imo She IS great as the technical wrestler who just decimates people though. I think that's what the division needs more of.
They'll split up at some point. How, I don't know, since they'll probably win at Fastlane. Ideally, we can have a ladder match at Wrestlemania with all the women's teams who've been teased. That means Rose/Brooke, the Riott Squad, Carmella/Billie Kay, Natalya/Tamina, and Lana/Naomi
Shayna is freaking awesome! If I were Vince I would give her a live mic and just have her say whatever she wants. But we all know he’ll do no such thing. I seriously could hear her go on and on talking for hours.

At first I didn't care for Shayna, I be honest, but after getting to see who she is and shit, she's fkn cool as shit... She's one of the wrestlers where I can actually not suspend my belief that she can kick ass, others are just very questionable, but with Shayna, I don't have to, and she makes great videos on her channel
Did you see NXT? HHH gave her a 15-month reign as NXT women's champion, and that's when the women's division got a lot tougher and edgier and moved distinctly past the Four Horsewomen era. Now NXT in their marketing beats their chest about it way too much with the booking not as good as it used to be. When Shayna was champ, the booking centered around dethroning her, and they had to mega-push Rhea Ripley in order to present us someone who was actually able to beat back. Late 2019 was the greatest period for the NXT women's division besides the Four Horsewomen themselves; the WarGames match that year was the ideal showcase for it. She's really good if the bookers get behind her. And I think she's handled her current run with Nia Jax (which I honestly believe was done because Shayna has terrific in-ring technique and is someone Nia can learn from) pretty well, all things considered. Lots of other wrestlers would disappear next to Nia

2 of the most respected women in the wresting business in this video..... Shayna has come along way in my eyes, when she walked into the ring the first time i thought she won't last a year and now look at her, main event potential. Then Renee, what can you say about her.... she has the great looks, the quick thinking to carry on a great interview and the first female to ever sit at the commentary table on Monday Night Raw.... it's to bad that Vince let both John and Renee go because they both bring a great deal to the business. Hopefully we get to see both Renee and John(Dean) back in the WWE soon!!
Shayna has proven she can work and put on 5 star matches, especially her NXT/Takeover matches, her style and character is very unique, and dare I say one of the few TRUE heels. She basically explained why RAW looks the way it does sometimes, because its so different from NXT, in NXT the same quality you get at a PPV you can expect for weekly television! He needs to let her go ALL THE WAY so she can work/showcase everything she can do.
The problem with one of Vinces mindsets/mentalities of "dont be too good weekly, save it for the pay per views", is that it mainly just guarantees subpar weekly shows, therefore all these ratings drops hes so worried about.
It's one of those things where you can blow your load on a Raw and have your PPV look subpar which is actually worse in the long run because that's what people buy the network for.
when i saw her for the first time, i pop, and i was out of wrestling for a while, the way she look, the atmosphere the she create, she is menacing, i look at her and think, she mean some business and she is legit, i want her to battle!
I mean much as I dislike Vince just admitting that work rate means nothing on Raw, it's kind of nice to know he explained this to Shayna so she'd know to shift gears. I mean he's in charge of the whole company, seeing how he's used her I'm surprised he actually seemingly took an interest.

Vince a great guy, genius of wrestling he help them to have a direction. I wish AEW could do that. They would have less botches and a better storyline without confusion cause nothing makes sense

Nah, he's for sure an unhinged, crazy guy in his own detached way. He's gentle and kind when it suits him, but he's chewers up and spit out far too many wrestlers to think he's some gentle soul.
I watched WWf for years when Vince was the Voice and head Commentator. Mild meek acted scared of wrestlers during interviews. Still bliws my mind him acting like a fool the way he does.
WWE wouldn't have survived all of the scandals and down times if its leadership wasn't sound. Good leadership means knowing how to balance the wrath with the warmth. That is why Vince inspires such loyalty and why HHH has his work cut out for him when father time finally collects his due on Vince.
