just been drinking tea from the dried flowers...they make you visit the bathroom an awful lot during the night...I guess they are doing some positive activities when we are trying to sleep. Detoxing and excreting fluid excess is great for our wellbeing, but let me sleeeeeeep please...pees from the peas

Thanks for watching! It is always best to check with your doctor first, but with just a quick search online, most sites say that there is not enough research out yet, so it is better for pregnant not to drink it during their pregnancies.

I was trying to buy lotus flower on Amazon but they ended up sending me butterfly pea tea I was wondering are the same?

Great question! They are actually different flowers from different families. There are a few similar properties, but because of its psychoactive properties, the blue lotus "may not be suitable for everyone and shouldn’t be mixed with other substances like cannabis or alcohol." Hope that helps!

My guess is it depends on which brand you buy from and what they may add to the product.
