It may have been delivered. But it could have been stolen. Especially, if the customer is not in a favorable neighborhood. Good note for myself add if you live in an area where your merchandise may be stolen please have package sent to the nearest secured drop off box. Or maybe add pick up from post off to the site. Good info! You are always bringing it!

start making them sign for it when it’s delivered. I remember I ordered from a small boutique and was at work.. the delivery man wouldn’t leave my package til I was there to sign for it. My sister couldn’t sign on it.

@@SyRenee To be completely honest it was fun at first but now I don’t feel like I’m making anything. I have all these clothes n ppl are barley buying them. That’s discouraging but I would say still start your business. There will be good days & bad days but I’m not giving up on eventually working for myself so I’m going to push through 😩

Muchas veces el cliente dice la verdad, aveces el fallo viene de la gente que distribuye el producto, y fallan el código postal y manda el producto en otra dirección. No la tuya. He tenido muchos problemas con mi dirección porque se repite en reino unido.

I will say i ordered something from amazon. It said delivered but it wasn’t delivered for 2 weeks so sometimes it’s true but sometimes it’s not

It's a fine line when fighting charge backs. The main customer for the bank is the consumer. The main customer for PayPal is the company so that's why the bank favors the customer. Its all about them keeping their consumer (their money), i doubt they look into the persons spending habits bc it they did and that person does fraud they would notice. They don't want to make the customer mad. The main goal is customer service, keeping the consumer, thus making more money! So you really have to think when doing charge backs because it may be a good customer that would return but you claiming they frauded you will make them not come back.

The banks don’t really go hard to look at the evidence people submit anyway..even if they favor the customer you can go back and start a new claim again..when the bank see you do that they look harder with the evidence and you will get the favor.

I can’t fucking stand chargeback from a customer trynna SCAM me, I literally had the same reaction but couldn’t go back to sleep I had to deal with it right in the middle of the night! Shits so annoying because I SHIP NEXT DAY!!!!

Shopify gives you templates you just have to go back & put your business n stuff. Also you can go look at other people’s policy n tweak it to your liking

You’ll beat the chargeback by being able to provide the bank 3 pieces of info that links back to the customer, ie-customer first and last name, email address, telephone number, shipping/billing address
