Nice as and informative. I didn't know there were multiple types. However, I did not hear you answer one half of the video's title. What exactly are cocktail bitters? All I heard you say was that it was basically a seasoning like salt and pepper are to as steak. So the question remains... Wtf exactly are bitters? 🤔
