How long (time) do exosomes remain active in the body ? are they detectible in the blood stream ? What is the most effective dosage (number of exosomes ie 100 billion) for general inflammation ? for chronic GVHD as a result from HSCT ? Umbilical cord MSCs (uMSC) last for how long in the body ? how long are they detectible in the blood stream ? What is the most effective number of uMSCs (optimum number ie 200 million) ? Although uMSCs are immune privileged, I have read different medical report published papers with many different statements as to how long they remain in the body doing work. I have read and heard that uMSCs can persist for 10 months although not detectible in the blood stream. Another source says that the uMSCs are taken out by the immune system in 4 hours, 3 days, 3 weeks, 1 year, and that when they differentiate into the different cells such as adipocytes, osteoblasts, chondrocytes, myocytes, then the resident immune cells take them out because they then have CD markers alerting the immune response, is this a true perspective ?
It's disappointing that professionals come here (at RU-vid) to look for answers of their clinical questions? Instead of reading the peer-reviewed research publications.
@@humayun225 could you please direct me to the the peer-reviewed research publications, I haven't found a paper that clearly addresses the questions I posted in the comments above. I have found mice studies, and dosage protocol review reports, but seems difficult to find a defined timeline with regard to the MSCs and exosomes detectible in the body or blood assay.
