Rob! Exceedingly cool. One can only imagine the gorgeous flavor and texture. I wonder if they would grow in California? Chico, where I reside, was the first area to plant kiwis, which yes I know are not from Australia. I really need to do a culinary journey to Western Australia. Blessings ChefMike
I've never had a finger lime before I'd love to try one, but they don't sell them in any of the shops in my area. Interesting video really enjoy trying and seeing unusual foods.
Apologies if I'm slow to reply to comment over the next week :) I'm heading to Sydney for RU-vid FanFest - to those who got tickets I cant wait to see you all ~ Nicko
Couldn't get the ticket for YT FanFest :( But still happy to see you here with a new amazing video almost everyday! Thank you for your time and effort....helping me a lot! :)
Great video, & I'm a huge fan of your recipes as you have a way of simplifying.. But on another note, can you please give me the name of the song at the end of your video ..? :)
I've never heard if this fruit before but it looks amazing and as it says its a citrus, the inside reminds me of orange and lemons. I would like to try this out.
At 0:59 seconds, that is an absolute beast of a fingerlime tree. It must have been talking to the karri trees nearby about how to be massive and awesome.
Great video, Niko! I was grossed out by how they looked in the thumbnail but when you described them, my impression changed. I'm interested to know more. Could you please make a few recipes using the finger lime?
Finally! You talk about this. I always wonder what that was when I saw it at the intro in every video of yours. I at first thought it was some kind of seafood's egg. Looks exactly like caviar! So it ends up to be Finger limes? That is the most interesting fruit I have ever seen. I am from Vietnam, and there are quite a few interesting looking fruit. However, this one is really exotic. I hope one day, I can try it.
Let me inform you that we started to supply finger limes to whole Europe from last year. If you need further information, please contact us info@nalanscitrus.com | www.nalanscitrus.com
Wow, how interesting! They kind of remind me of those mini boba pearls we use as frozen yogurt toppings over here. I'm sure they'd taste great with ice cream.

Awesome video Rob love learning about new and interesting foods. It's crazy to think how much fruit and vege is out there we don't even know about! Thanks
Hi Niko, I really enjoy your videos!! I live in Puerto Rico, and would love to get my hands on some seeds of this amazing fruit . Have a blessed evening
I hadn't heard of this fruit until I saw it make an appearance on the blog randomitemdrop, where it adds +2 to a character's dexterity as well as fills their belly. I had to google it to make sure it was a real plant!
Just tried one in oregon, usa. It must have been imported? Delicious but strange especially because we had no idea what it was until we had tried it then googled it. Would be great on fish!
this is once again proof that australia is home of the weirdest and most amazing things in the world. platypuses, porcupines, kangaroos, koalas, various other crazy marsupials, leafy seadragons, the fingerlime. australia keeps amazing me every single time
Thanks for this video. I actually saw these several years ago, but didn't know what they were. I would love to try them, but I don't know if I could get them in the U.S.
Hey Nicko! Your videos are awesome, as always!!! I was looking for the name of this fruit for AGES because images of it keep popping up all over the Internet- but no name. Thanks for the informative vid :)
