What is a hashtag and how do you use them in social media. Understanding Hashtags in Social Media: www.udemy.com/... Hill Media Group: hillmediagroup.com Jerad Hill: about.me/jeradhill
Its a great introductory video. I'm still a little confused about exactly where to put the hashtags in your posts when using them. Hopefully its in the Understanding hashtags in social media video.
Thank You, You were very helpful. I now have a little more understanding of hashtags. Although I just have a few questions, Do you have to have an Instagram or Twitter etc.. account for it to work? Can I just use hashtags on RU-vid channel only? Many thanks.
I have not found ONE person to explain this well. WHERE is my hashtag LOCATED? Can others ADD content to my hashtag? Do I OWN that tag or can others use it too?
ITs 2024. Im 21. I never leanred how to use hashtag or frankly never used a hashtag as genz. And frankly this video is to boring for me to watch and learn how to use a hashtag.
I've been trying for many minutes to do this but all any of you can talk about is how it's used. We know why it's used. Please get to the point and do hastag sending examples.
That’s funny! I am 42 and I was laughing to myself and thinking I must be getting older that I am having to get video instructions on how to use social media when I saw your comment! You or not alone! I just looked up LOL the other day, and what emojis are. I could not figure out why people kept putting “lots of love” in their messages! But it means “lots of laughs”!! LOL! I’m catching up I guess. That’s been out since 1993!
What does being 75 years old have to do with it you’re never too old to learn and not every older person is apparently as ignorant as you of these things. Don’t lump other people and by insinuation as being ignorant of these things because they are older than his ageism. Anyone of any age can go to their community college and learn all sorts of things like digital filmmaking and be more informed and educated than 99% of the how to videographers on RU-vid
H R With your stereotyping not coming with an apology I’ll do the same and go out on a limb and bet you never step in when someone is being ganged up on, right?
“Ummm” is like a comma that takes the place of a period at the end of a sentence. By using ummm’s (commas) you take what would normally be several paragraphs and convert them into one looooong sentence. A very distracting mannerism. Now what were you talking about?
You are just talking only, no example is given/demonstrated, after listening till the end I did not understand how to tag. I felt waste of time. Anyway thanks for your effort.
You would put a picture of your three year old on the internet and invite the hashtag world in on that? Hashtag hashtag - buy some parenting lessons.... :(
Thanks for the great explanation. However, please be conscious of saying “um” all the time. I know it’s nerves but it makes you hard to listen to despite your clear explanation.
Talking too slow, thinking too much about what to say, too many ummms, get a teleprompter, they are cheap, to use with an ipad. If you think I’m being overly critical keep in mind that these people claim to be professionals in digital media.
