I just got accepted to FIT (fine arts, I'm not a fashion icon like Dev) and after watching these videos for the last few months I'm so freaking excited to move to NYC.

You really bring a light to every video, and, I'm sure, to the people you interview. I'm mostly experimenting with fabrics and interactivity in my current work. But I'd love to start branching into performative installation/ immersive experiences.

I believe it's great because our current climate involves a world where we have so much material and wasted materials and it's probably better to recontexualize the past than to create extra things from scratch. It's also fun for people to learn from the past and incorporate it into the present !
@@devmooreurl I don't think there is anything wrong with it. My point was more that everyone is calling EVERYTHING vintage. Things 5 years old are not vintage, just before their time.
