I would like to understand how microbes are affected by the electrical conductivity of the soil. Why is adding seawater so successful at increasing electrical conductivity? What is more correct: increasing electrical conductivity through photosynthesis or treating the soil with solutions of sea salt and molasses? And another question. There are a lot of contradictions regarding the development of mycorrhiza. At what brix level of plants will they effectively create symbiosis with mycorrhizal fungi? How does the phosphorus content in the soil affect this process? And what is the role of the soil carbon-to-nitrogen ratio for successful symbiosis?
