Out of all the tiny homes I’ve seen on RU-vid, yours is by far my favourite. I could quite easily live in your style of one. As I’m in my 50s the ease of standing up in the bedroom would be high priority. Thanks for the content as always Adelina. Love the blooper. 😂
I love your choice! Having a real bedroom is such a game changer. I moved from a studio to a one bedroom apartment and I feel so happy to have an actual room for my bed. It feels like a real home for a real grownup (or for someone trying to be a grownup). 😊
Like a previous UK comment, I wish we had these options in the UK, your is the best layout I've seen and a gooseneck bedroom would be my choice for sure x

Another option that I have utilized in my previous small apartments and my current park model home (slightly bigger than tiny home) are sofabeds/futons. I have used them in my separate bedroom and my living room as my main and guest sleeping. They are a flexible ready to use option. Be sure to test/try the mattress as quality levels vary and having a thick topper mattress can make a big difference. This is the option that almost everyone in small spaces use in my region.
If I was going to have a tiny home I would want one just like yours. Love your bedroom & the easy access to the bathroom. We had spring for a day back to winter. No precip so that's great. Take care Adelina.🌹

Me to..It is by far the best design Ive come across Adelina...There are almost no builders of Tiny Houses ...certainly to build this sort of thing in the UK.
Adelina, you covered the topic very well. I am 63. While I was very intrigued and loved the elevator bed above the living area, that would work great if you were only living alone. But my choice is what you chose - to have the bedroom in the gooseneck.👍😁😊
Awesome video, I love your tiny house. I want a fifth wheel trailer after seeing yours. I also want to be able to stand up in the bedroom. There are advantages of being short (5’2”). 😂
There is also the thought that your gooseneck bedroom is above a really functional and essential storage shed...And Sophie is happy with the bedroom?...And it fees up your second bedroom...So wins all round xx
You have the best tiny house I have ever seen. We actually have a 5th wheel camper and we chose it for the same reason. We do NOT have spring in Wyoming we have a blizzard.
One reason shed roofs are so popular in our area is because they allow for a person to stand up in a loft which is accessible via stairs that have lots of storage underneath and the roof itself is perfect for a bank of solar panels for power as well as collecting rain water that is diverted to water catchment cisterns.
You always do an excellent job of showing these kinds of options, Adelina. Well done! One of my favourite elevator beds was shown in "Living Big in a Tiny House" some months ago. It belongs to a very tall single woman who keeps her bed down most of the time but up for company. (She also has an amazing hidden shower that I think is brilliant!) Since you pointed out the necessity of having an egress window in the loft & also even in the gooseneck, I’ve noticed so many DIYers & even builders who don’t do egress windows.Yikes. You also pointed out a window above the loft would act like a chimney in case of a fire. So many ppl have that too. It’s one thing to have a moon window that doesn’t open which you can clean from the roof but so many aren’t doing that either. I love your layout & the storage stairs but I’m going to need a wheelchair even inside my home so would need single level w/an outbuilding for storage. Right now I just need my wheelchair when I’m in the community at doctor’s appts (we have our groceries delivered) bc I can’t stand for longer than 5 minutes. Long story, don’t ask. The only way I could do your layout is to go up & down the stairs on my butt when I get to that point. Adelina, does your builder build in the USA or have a few recommendations for good builders in New England? Also did you do a vid on the total price of your build including blocking, moving, etc. I’d be vastly interested in that but don’t want to pry. Do you have a mortgage or did you use sale of condo money to buy it (no you just used that money for the deposit, right?). We want a THOW so bad & we both love you & your home.💙💫🌀Hope all is well!!
Hi! You know, I should sit down and figure out the total cost of skirting and blocking and front steps, etc. That’s a great idea. As for builders in the US I’m sorry I don’t.

I love your tiny house and want mine - someday - to be a fifth wheel, too! :) I love your layout, too, although my kitchen can be smaller since I don't like to cook. ;)
