What are we to make of this ancient Jewish ritual and what do they mean to us today? Tefillin info - www.Chabad.org/Tefillin Facebook - / chabadorg Instagram - / chabadorg
Selam, Shalom 7:138 We delivered the Children of Israel across the sea. When they passed by people who were worshipping statues, they said, "O Moses, make a god for us, like the gods they have." He said, "Indeed, you are ignorant people., 7:139 "These people are ruined for what they are in, and worthless is what they do." 7:140 He said, "Shall I seek other than God as a god for you when He has preferred you over the worlds?" 7:141 When We saved you from the people of Pharaoh, who were afflicting you with the worst punishment, killing your children and shaming your women; and in that was a great trial from your Lord. 36:6 To warn a people whose fathers were not warned, for they are unaware.
They love binding into this vibration so they pay homage to saturn, which crystallizes our hexed physical bound consciousness. Everyone in the media and western religions do this
About to order mine tomorrow since I got mine finally saved up. I'd advise gassot since they last a lifetime and have the highest halachic standard of quality.
The thing is every Jewish man has to put on the teffilin after his Bar-mitzvah everyday for the rest of his life, so his sons are going to need their own teffilin once they turn 13. also every pair of teffilin has to be checked once every three years (by a professional jewish scribe called "Sofer") for it's integrity, since it's all made out of leather after a few years the teffilin can crack and the ink can wear off the parchment, which would blemish it and make it unfit for use.
They are more holy than us men. Closer to God they can create. They get leniency in some different things being on that higher level. While Jews have 613 laws to follow the women can not stress about the time bound laws. Anyway google what i am talking about if you want to know more
For everyone who is trying to mock judiasm in the comments section if your not Jewish then it's not your business to watch and comment on jewish video and plus you sound absolutely ridiculous arguing with the truth!
Why can't you say God's name? I thought God wanted his name said. Is it due to unworthiness? Thanks if someone answers respectfully, this is a genuine question of curiosity
@zari5972 - it's a great question. There are numerous "names" for G-d. But these names are really different attributes of what we, as humans, perceive G-d to be. It is believed that G-d is so completely beyond our comprehension that we do not actually know how to pronounce the name entirely properly. Yes, we have the letters that make up the tetragrammaton, which transliterated would be YHWH, and as a commenter pointed out could be pronounced a certain way. But we don't know with certainty. It has been lost to time. So, many folks use the term Ha Shem, which means "The Name" so as to not pretend to be able to pronounce something we aren't 100% sure would be correct. Lots of folks also use Adonai which means "Lord". Either Adonai or Ha Shem can be used but typically, Adonai would be left for blessings and Ha Shem for all other uses. Hope this helps answer your question.
With there words and actions they worship a god But there Heart is Far from the True God. Redemption is not by works that we do, it is by God's way. By Faith ALONE.
