Thank you very much for this literature based video. Been searching all over for a video with said undertone. All I had found was famous running youtubers talking about Vitamin C for the immune system hahaha. After now further researching creatine for long endurance events, I would point out the fact that creatine has not been shown to be beneficial for weight bearing endurance events such as running. Assumably due to the increased amount of water weight induced by it. Just thought it might be worth mentioning when recommending it. Thanks again for the video! Cheers

I have been taking beetroot supplements and I have felt that my heart races a lot, something that did not happen before, is it possible that the supplements are doing that?

While magnesium is essential for energy production and muscle function, which are crucial for endurance athletes, it didn’t make the list due to the focus being on supplements providing more direct or pronounced performance enhancements. Each supplement has its unique benefits, and while magnesium supports overall physiological function necessary for endurance, others might offer more targeted benefits for performance enhancement.

Hey, youre not mentioning Beta-Alanine here, its quite proven and tested to increase performance in both high and mid intensity endurance events

Hey - Beta-Alanine might make it to the list if we were focusing on max effort, short period, unconstrained training.
