Uhh Oh I'm early, let me make a joke: A physicist, an engineer, and a statistician go on a hunting trip, they are walking through the woods when they spot a deer in a clearing. The physicist calculates the distance of the target, the velocity and drop of the bullet, adjusts his rifle and fires, missing the deer 5 feet to the left. The engineer rolls his eyes. 'You forgot to account for wind. Give it here', he snatches the rifle, licks his finger and estimates the speed and direction of the wind and fires, missing the deer 5 feet to the right. Suddenly, the statistician claps his hands and yells "We got him!"
Dr.Science Definition of Average; a number expressing the central or typical value in a set of data, in particular the mode, median, or (most commonly) the mean, which is calculated by dividing the sum of the values in the set by their number. Given that there were only two data points (the bullets 5 feet to the left and right of the deer) then the average would be the midpoint between the two points; aka the deer
Unless you have Asperger's yourself. I mean, it's not official that she has autism, but it's very likely. I found it nice to play a character like that, so underrepresented in the interactive entertainment world.
Evil Paragon 2 Evil Paragon 2 yes, actually... I work with mentally and physically disabled children daily, and I'm around autistic children from both ends of the spectrum and in between. She does not fit the profile at all for someone with ASD. If anyone in the game has autism, it'd be Samuel. Max is very much an independent, healthy, if anxious, young lady. She displays little to no symptoms of autism. She is clumsy, she spots great photography moments, but that does not make her autistic. And the emotions the game developers gave her throughout the game display pretty normal teenaged emotions and behaviors. Glad you can relate to her. She just doesn't have any autistic characteristics.
Did you just say children? I specifically mentioned multiple times and had a whole paragraph on the fact that children are not applicable. Max is 18 in the game. That is more than enough time to learn to be normal if she is high functioning. What I am claiming is that she is at one end of the spectrum, forget about the mid and lower end. She is also not a child and would not demonstrate the behaviours a child would. Have you met HFA adults? I've met seven. None of them are like you say because they're not children.
Evil Paragon 2 What I was saying was that I work with children, but have multiple degrees regarding psychology and social work. I've been in programs with older autistic individuals and again, she does not fit the symptoms. High functioning or not, she displays no signs that would lead me to believe she could be on the spectrum. The entire game centers on her social interactions, her emotions, and her independency. That is something most high functioning autistic individuals have trouble with to some extent, but she does not show any issues in any of those areas. This is a game, not a real person, and if the game developers had wanted it to be known she was autistic than there would have been some very obvious signs, or even a statement made by them. There wasn't. So going off how they made her character, her emotions, her behaviors, there's really nothing to make it seem like she could be autistic even in the slightest. I'm not going to continue arguing with you. I have had years and years of education and I believe I am able to correctly identify symptoms of not only autism, but other mental illnesses as well. I'm glad you can relate to this game character, but I really don't see any autistic features at all. Good day.
"Its NOT a game . Its An Experience" "Best game 10/10" "Its the best story based game ever" "Dont Forget ! Its not a Game" "The whole story is builded perfectly..." "My life has changed..." Just some Masterminde said
I would've thought you'd talk about mental time travel, where one's consciousness jumps backwards or forwards in time and winding up in their younger/older body.
But Max doesn't go back in time. She rewinds the time. The future never happened when Max rewinds the time. She just has the objects on her body and her memories. There is a little bit of difference if she rewinds the time using photos tho. In this case, she can go back to the future. Which means the future still exists. It's strange .-.
Because it has rules, Everything that Happened, actually Happened and cannot be changed, but we don't know if these are true because we never really experienced Time Travel
Like max does Go back in Time by reversing it which means that she Rewinds Time, ands yes she is Immune to it ands can stop Rewinding Time at Anytime! She want to like also max can choose herself to be affected by It buts her Consciousness/Mind is unaffected/Immune ands she also can stop Rewind Time at anytime she wants ands time will go forward again, Like however she usually chooses herself to be unaffected by it herself ands Usually let’s her After Images to undue her Actions
+Play Noggin - An episode on the technological possibilities (ex. - nanotechnology, Metal Gear production, high-powered exo-suits) within in the Metal Gear series would be appreciated!
Like you can Rewind Time without having any blackholes, traveling light speed ands even a closed timeline curve ands even a loop ands even a Time machine, like just by Having these Abilities/Powers which are Temporal Rewind,Temporal Rewind,Time Manipulation ands Space-Time Manipulation like also you Can Rewind Time Without causing any paradoxes such as the grandfather paradox because Rewinding Time doesn’t even cause any paradoxes such as the grandfather paradox
No, she's not. This game came out before dabbing was even a thing. At that moment in the game, a girl was standing on top of the building they're looking up at; she was about to kill herself. The girl there was shielding her eyes and looking away.
If all you need is a large gravitational pull, you can use super strings. Although a random super string is probably more unlikely then a random Kerr black hole, it would be nice if you mentioned it. Other then that you covered everything pretty well.
Here's a suggestion: how about the feasibility of mind control helmets à la Playdead's Inside? And if you wanna get into the big spoilers, maybe even the chance that we're all just game characters being controlled by a player somewhere out there?
In Beyond two Souls there are multiple outcome depending on your actions & if you don't like the way that stuff turn out you can always go back and change but no matter the outcome something always seems to go wrong. When I'm trying to say I would like to see a video of Beyond two Souls.
What about Tachyon particles? General Relativity really only says two things about the speed of light; 1) Particles with mass can't travel at the speed of light, and 2) Particles without mass are always travelling at the speed of light (from every reference frame) Thus, a particle that always travels *backwards* through time is possible (or more accurately, a particle that travels faster than light), and assuming a tachyon could interact with other fundamental particles, then this could be a way to interfere with causality-or in other words, "reverse time-travel". Well, it might be a pretty lame way to time-travel tho. If tachyons exist, and they could be "used", the only method to use them would be to send messages into the past. Like shooting a laser beam into the past. Although you couldn't use tachyon particles to physically travel into the past, depending on how they interact with "normal" matter tho, you could probably use this to alter the memories of your past self, thus "time-traveling" to an earlier you, and replicating the effect in the game.
I actually believe that Max isn't actually bending time, but she "peeked" the future and then step back or "rewind time" to correct things. But then it doesn't make 100% correct since she can also teleport through time.
I would like to see an episode on ratchet and clanks a crack in time. specifically the great clock and clanks ability toslow down time in a specific area and create multiple selfs
How you get past the Grandfather Paradox: Everything that already has happened and will happen cannot be changed and so if you went back in time and did something then that was an event that already happened in the past
could it be possible max is moving faster than the speed of light but by bouncing around slightly yet rapidly? so like microscopic jitters that still doesnt solve the physics problem of not being able to go faster than light but im not einstein and i cant think of a way around that
Came to think of a new game! Based on 'Life is strange' that you have a puzzle game (I know, braid is also very good game), that begins with a storyline of it's own about timetraveling. With 'the binding of isaac' combined with 'luigi's mansion' GC version; a score/exploring game with an adventure and the size of the tornado is a part of the result. So a indie/puzzle/adventure game where you can time travel. The gameplay itself would probably play puzzling and adventuring BUT the end result determines the replay value. Hope you played all those games to understand what I meant XD
DON'T mess with the timeline, it will just ruin everything for you, I have seen too many beings go cruel and emotionless with the ability to undo their actions, no matter your intentions it will make you the cruellest and most bored being to ever exist, and I don't want to fight you forever.
Darren Bryce Thanks, admittedly it was an Undertale reference though I agree with the psychology that your curiosity would make you want to see what happens when you kill this person or blow up a building or crash the economy and you'll justify anything because "I can undo it so it didn't really happen" also that if anyone knew what was happening to time they would become super depressed because their actions can't really do anything and it will all be undone.
Do A video about GTA 5 about That The characters have special abbilitys like Franklin can slowdown the time while driving (and it speeds up your car) and Micheal can slowdown while not in A vehicle and Trevor can deal more damage and get minder damage to him self (sorry for bad English)
Theoreticly useing Quants from quantum space could make universe act very strangly like in life is strange but it is so theoretical that I dont think it is probable it possible but so very unlikly that in most of the time it wont happen.
Consequences of time travel are different depend on model. I prefer one without paradoxes: Timeline model. Every time something could happen otherwise, it branches.
I have 1 major problem with a ""splitsing" universe. It goes against the basic principle that you can not make something out of nothing. You can not make 2 universes with a decision because that would mean that you made a entire new universe that is almost the exact same as the one you live in without any materials to make it with. Besides everything is already set in stone. there is no such thing as a decision. If you had all the data in existence then you can predict with 100% accuratecy what will happen in 1000 years. What we precive as randomnes or a decision is just something we do not know in advance because we lack the needed information.
My name is Barry Allen and I am the fastest man alive. To the outside world, I'm an ordinary forensic scientist, but secretly with the help of my friends at STAR Labs, I fight crime and other metahumans like me. After defeating Zoom and saving the multiverse, I ran back in time and created the alternate timeline, Flashpoint. I restored the timeline to how it was, only to find things weren't as I left them. I brought new threats to our world and I am the only one fast enough to stop them. I am The Flash!
The array possible timelines unfold like columns in the double-slit experiment. An infinite array of ever less-likely possibilities resolve into the single path of the particle. If we make the right device, can we pull the particle back and make it a wave? Just as certainly as we can time travel. Does it make a paradox? No. The causal event (making the machine) happens before the effect (time travel returning).
