Hi sir.. In case of we need to cancel our PR, do we have to payback all the subsidy that we used.? For example kids school fees

EP is -15% tax, PR at least have CPF technically is good for retirement

Thats not correct. Tax rates for all resident individuals are same. Only if EP holder is non resident then tax rates are high.

@@epicaimmigration that’s why getting a PR is good since have CPF deduction compare to pass holder. Yes pr tax is technically so much lower

@@lucylee3743 as a non-PR you can make voluntary SRS contributions and get the same tax break

BY EMPLOYER SIGNING THE PR FORM- HE AGREES FOR CPF CONTRIBUTION FRM EMPLOYER SIDE. IT IS ILLEGAL TO REDUCE FOR CPF ADJUSTMENTS. PLEASE CORRECT.

There is no such undertaking in Annex A to form 4A. Its just a form in support of person's PR application.

Thank you sir it was very informative but I have one question if an Indian gets Singapore citizenship at the of 30 yrs will he also has to do military service to get Citizenship or after getting citizenship? Please reply sir.

No. First Generation PR / Citizen exempted from NS.
