I passed my exam and got my license so I have no practical application experience how do I learn how to actually originate now from phone call script to completing application
do we not need sponsorship to get license? I just passed exam and not sure what to do next as checklist I have says you need sponsorship to apply for license
I want a second opinion and asking the experts. I want to get into the mortgage industry possibly a loan officer in the future. I’ve been told right now is not a good time to get in because of the market. I want to because I want to work with the best in the times of crisis.
