My belly botton have been big and have like circle soft bone on its side it comes when i clean it with pen and i feel like dislocation is this umbilical hernia

my symptoms were: early on stomach discomfort left, under rib. then extreme nausea and sickness. and occasionally, it would bulge out and i push it back in
