I think he's talking about the 8th sign of the zodiac (scorpio) in the 2nd house of d9

Means suppose your d1 is gemini ascendant so your d1's 8th house is Capricorn now when you make your d9 chart suppose it's become Sagittarius rising in d9 chart so your 8th d1 sign becomes your 2nd house of d9 means your Capricorn sign of d1 falls in 8th navamsh means the soul is of hereditary gain

@@ganpatbankhele148 Bro, before watching this short video even i too didn't know how to interpret Navamsha. After watching the above video, i could able to slowly but surely able to understand. One word of caution, even small change in time of birth, Navamsha will change. However, despite saying this, since ur Navamsha is Libra rising (Ascendant), everything related to relationships, business, how to deal with others comes naturally to u. And Scorpio being 2nd house of Navamsha, with the help or persuasion from ur family, u may go for joints asstets, insurance, improvement in relationship or interactions with ur in laws will improve etc. 3rd house being Sagittarius, no matter how hard u try, u may have some issues in persuing higher education, knowledge, trying to be spiritual or for even that matter travelling or interacting with far of places or people.
