What Are The Lines On My Trimmer? 

Thank you! I think this is genius. Companies should manufacture this way. I still struggle with measuring. This WILL help.

I have new team members that come over and help me cut paper for class packets. And these lines would be awesome to put on one of my many stampin' up trimmers for them to use!!!

I had a few lines to help me identify only basic messages for my card stock. Your idea is far more helpful not to mention faster with no chances of evet rubbing off. Thank you so much! Measuring is intidimating to mebut more so for " students "

just noticed the lines on your trimmer on a video , so i came to check this out. very helpful i always have trouble seeing so this would be a great idea to try. thank you for sharing this tip

you can buy 'highlighter tape' in many colors rather than the pens. I am a quilter and use Omnigrid GLOW-LINE TAPE which i use on plastic rulers when cutting..The omnigrid is 1/4" wide thanks for the tips!

I have a dumb question…. I haven’t removed the protective film from my trimmer, even though I’ve had it since this newer version was released. Should I remove it before marking the lines? Part of me thinks I should just keep it on, but then if the film ever starts peeling… I’d lose the drawn lines! Maybe I don’t even need an answer since it’s more of a personal choice. (My 2016 Ford Escape still has the protective film on the various things on the dashboard.) Ps. This is such an amazing concept to draw the lines! I know I’ve had other trimmers that have some of these sizes marked out, but with the same black color as the other lines. Color-coding works better with my brain.
