Racism is inexcusable and is simply an indicator of ignorant, heartless and inhumane individuals. As someone who has been racially abused multiple times, I must say, suffering abuse because of the pigment of your skin and the texture of your hair makes as much sense as suffering abuse for breathing air. We need to recognize that we are all human beings first and foremost, and the very least we need to show one another is kindness.

I think for some it’s just the easiest and spineless way to vent frustration and anger. Look at the England fans towards Saka, Rashford, Sancho, all their disappointment and anger was expressed through racist slurs. For them it was the quickest way to show their disgust with the missed pens. If they made them they’d be called heroes. People can be so hot and cold towards athletes and teams

physical check-ups are mandatory when u play for big teams right? I think that they should make mental check ups with psychiatrists mandatory as well. Just having the pressure from playing for a big team can be huge espacially for young players.

All struggles are valid because it is differing from person to person. Most people are just projecting so they can’t accurately judge whether it is valid or not. People dismissing Alisha and other women footballers’ problems as invalid is actually the core of what is causing their mental health struggles; in particular her problems and career feats being seen as insignificant because of the fact that she is conventionally attractive and her gender. And for others, their problems are dismissed because they earn a lot of money and their detractors are often just extremely jealous. Most people are stupid and think attractive and rich people have zero issues, not knowing that they are the cause of said issues by dismissing their human experience. Since when did having a certain bone structure or more pieces or paper or digits in a bank account make someone unable to be treated as a human. Stop putting these people on a pedestal and you will realise that they are humans just like the rest of us who worked hard to get to the top.

I have a mental health when it came when watching the 2022 world cup game where I was rooting for Argentina (despite I am not Argentinian) because it was supposed to Messi's last world cup especially when I tried to accurately predicted that Argentina will win the world cup. I was very stressful and crazy while watching a quarter finals game against the Netherlands and the finals aganist France. Its is just a game.

Footballers particularly, are alternatively eulogised and mocked. Maybe it's covert racism, jealousy, or the almost religious fanaticism a % of their fans have for the game, their Club? Plus heaps of cash going somebody's way when he/she is young. Male footballers are targeted by so-called female SMI's who will exploit them financially for all they are worth! Both my parents died, my mother dead in a car crash and my father committed suicide but no one gives a toss about that so I don't give a toss about some footballers loss or mental health. There's children dying in war, floods, Earthquakes etc, who hasn't had a full life. I lost my best mate in Afghanistan and no one knows him too. I've got C-PTSD and no one cares about me. That's part of life and if footballers can't cope then they should use there millions to seek help, in stead of getting people feeling sorry for them.
