Basically Inazuma's leadership history: _2000 years ago_ Makoto: Yay! I'm now the Electro Archon. Ei, you do 'em wars and killing, I do the governing. Ei: K. --- _500 years ago_ Ei: Oh no! Makoto died **cries** **created Scaramouche but did not use him** **created the Raiden Shogun puppet** Ei: Yas! This puppet's body is my home now. This is my jam! And btw, Yae Miko, here's Makoto's gnosis. Do whatever you want with it. Yae: Oka- Ei: And babysit Inazuma for me too. Got it? Yae: Wait wha- Ei: THANKS BYE! **Entered her Plane of Euthymia** In conclusion: Inazuma has a history of being entrusted to at least three characters with little to no experience of governing a nation (Ei, Raiden Shogun Puppet, and Yae Miko).

I just find it weird hoyo gives characters bis weapons which aren't their lore weapons for example freedom sworn is kazhuha's Bis weapon but is a Mondstat weapon and Jean's lore weapon. Giving Yoymia Kujo Sara's tengu lore weapon, giving Ayaka mist splitter which is the Raiden's lore weapon.
I was rewatching your videos after I got appalled by a couple of recent Ashikai videos. I have tried so many genshin lore content creators but nobody comes close to this channel in terms of quality delivery. You don't blatantly assume things, much less bend real facts to fit your narrative. I hope you guys can continue with the sumeru series soon. Eagerly waiting for a history of Sumeru and the continuation of the desert chronicles
I get the feeling that Otogi story is pretty much Itto's predecessor, the whole wrestling match and causing headaches seems like this dude just Itto's great-grandfather or something, like dude literally have vibe of Naruto and Boruto shenanigans. Apple doesn't fall far from its tree.
I am so obsessed with Ako Domeki and his story, my theory is he’s going to be the Fatui Harbinger Capitano. And if that’s the case I sure hope he’s playable!
I'm so touched with Mikos lore, I thought I already know it since I've read the Kagura verity and the books. But I didn't know some of this. Ei better makes it up to her, considering Yae was also a friend of Lady Saiguu, and Makoto(?). I also heard(!) that until now, Yae was still mourning for Lady Saiguu. Since the real reason why she went to Inazuma is that she wanted to meet her. Ei needs to apologize... Also You sound like Kazuha
Yae isn't a friend of Sasayuri because he died way before she was born. While I'm not sure she was acquainted with Chiyo or not, Yae is definitely close to Kitsune Saiguu. As for Makoto, she seems to not know about her aside from her being a gentle god so we can assume that Yae was still a child when Ei's friends and Makoto died. I'm not sure about the last part you're talking about though. There were no mention of Yae still in mourning for Kitsune Saiguu and Yae is definitely from Inazuma, not outside.
@@skyheart9869 Im pretty sure I read it somewhere I just can't remember it🤔but oh well, where'd you get that info btw? I'm still a lil bit confused with the genshin timeline.
@@DistinguishedGentleSkull sasayuri ded long ago when fighting orobashi, killed by one of watatsumi general more than 1000 years ago, miko only live for 500 years. Never heard chiyo close to yae either since they're from different generation, and the reason yae close to saiguu because they're in mentor relationship, unlike the trio with twin narukami as close friends
@@Certifiedprecog27809 I know sasayuri died bcs of Oroboshi, didn't know about the time gap tho so thanks. Wait so Watatsumi had a beef with ei for 1000 years now huh.
@@DistinguishedGentleSkull they only start again after vision hunt decree, previously it's their own fault for start the war and lose although it might be orobashi plan to get killed in war
I'm always kind of sad how so much lore is hidden in weapons. I dont really wish on weapon banner, and don't have good enough attention span to read all of that on wiki 😅
Probably not the first to comment, but definitely the first, and I'm proud to say that I at least know that the Thundering Pulse and Mistsplitter Reforged got some serious lovelife involved with their original owners 👏
What's also interesting is that the Thundering Pulse was first given as a gift to Reizenbou and she then gifted it to Takamine. When will it be my turn to have it as a gift? 🤔
@@KlemenTime then Takamine gave the Thundering Pulse to Asase Hibiki at some point before or during the cataclysm so she could've had at least some weapon to defend herself with 🍿
Yae maybe wanted to redempt the kindness that Makoto gives to her by protecting the land and subject that was makoto's, even after all this year she's still loyal to Makoto's will
Great video as always. I love how you edit the videos to look like actual in-game quests! It's great for total immersion into Genshin lore, and the visuals help as well.
Your videos are so nice to listen to while at work. Kazuha is best boy and your voice reminds me so much of him. Really puts me at ease. Keep up the great work!
Sorry i have a smoll brain, I find this video a lot harder to follow than the other KlemenTime videos. Maybe because it's focused on multiple weapons, I felt quite lost with all the names and locations. Still a high quality video as usual. The Yaksha video was really well made, i really enjoyed it! Can't wait for more lore when 3.0 comes out.
Pretty good content, though I'd recommend you run your script through a grammar check in the future. I noticed quite a few grammatical/spelling errors, as well as some sentence fluidity issues. I'm not trying to be mean or anything, just figured its something you could brush up on since you make encyclopedic content. I'll provide some examples below. Cheers. 1:00 ". . . who surprisingly has been noticeable . . ." - Context? Why was it surprising that these individuals were noticeable? Awkward statement 1:05 ". . . and so forth . . ." - A little awkward, I would phrase it as "Their stories and journeys through Teyvat." 1:55 ". . . "to be in the presence of Raiden Makoto at all times" - Redundant, already established that Yae was to be by her side in prior statement 2:34 ". . . was placed into Yae's shoulders" - Grammatical error, should be "onto Yae's shoulders." 3:28 ". . . babysitted. . ." - Correction, its "babysat." There was also one point where you said "as a context" when it should have been "for context."
Yup I think so too. It's just that English isn't my first language but I'm trying to edit my script using Grammarly. It's not much but it still helps 😅
@@KlemenTime I figured. You're doing great though, just keep practicing. I updated my comment with some examples that might help you in the future. Grammarly is a good start. :) You'll get better as you expose yourself to more English media. I'd recommend you use a language learning app that lets you practice speaking to native English speakers, it's a great way to learn. I use it for French.
These stories make no sense beside Yae.. like they are just random backstories, not well thought, nor have any connection to the present.. Just a punch to text to give fake depth... Stories from first two countries are much more intriguing
Playable Characters aren't the center of Tevyat. The NPCs are the ones who shape Tevyat story. Most weapon stories centers around dead characters. These characters give infomation about the nation's history or give more info about certain playable characters. For Example: Katsuragikiri Nagamasa tells the reason behind Scaramouche's revenge. The Claymore was used to kill Katsuragi (Scaramouche's only friend). Katsuragi was killed because he saved Scaramouche from being captured by Nagamasa. This cauaed Scaramouche to go after the bladesmith families and causing Kazuha's family downfall and Kamisato clan to decline. Amos's Bow: Tells the story of Amos who was the lover of Decarabian (the god who ruled over Old Mondstadt). Decarabian wanted to protect his people from Andrius's ice and snow so he created the wind barrier. He is like old Ei. He did things that he thought would protect Mondstadt but refused to listen to his people's pleas. He thought all humans to be helpless creatures who didn't know what was good for them. That included Amos who was also a human. Amos left him after realizing that Decarabian didnt truly see her as a equal. Decarabian ruled until the unnamed bard rose up a rebellion with the first Ragnvindr, Venti, and Amos. Before dying, Decarabian kills Amos and the unnamed bard. .
