I've found it super helpful to first write down my goals, context, and what I want the model to do. Then I *ask it to generate a prompt* based on that info. This allows the model to fully grasp the intent and craft a prompt perfectly suited to my needs. This approach has led to prompts that are super effective. Highly recommend using that.
I personally and many of the beginner dev babies out there would need a video on how to achieve consistency in learning how to code and to learn something new!
@@TiffInTech Yes It's a very good topic, please add stuff like on which technical things beginners should focus more and how to learn stuff with consistency and without getting overwhelmed by daily AI news
Your videos are great! You’re part of the reason I began programming/coding when I was soul searching for my career exploration phase in my life last year. I’m 29 now but last year I was longing and yearning to find a career I would love. I stumbled upon one of your videos and the way you explained some concepts in Python made it simple for me to understand. I’ve moved on to swift due to a HUGE demand for mobile programmers as well as other IOS devices. Could you also make some videos for swift? I didn’t see any videos on your channel. I would love to be able to learn deeper into swift using some of your content. The main reason I love coding/programming is because it’s all logic it may seem difficult to do at first but once you break each line of code down the logic clicks in your head.
@@TiffInTech I first learned of AI learning PROLOG in college waaaaaay back and ever since I was obsessed! And with this obsession I tried to make the whole Encyclopaedia Britannica into somewhat a digital platform. Crazy idea, right? It was a huge undertaking! Never finished it. And many years later there was Wikipedia! 😂 Present time, I am involved now in a land surveying company utilising CAD, GPS, GIS mapping and ArcGIS. And with the advent of Generative AI, I interact with it every single day, making code snippets once in a while trying to solve a problem, mostly mathematical. Generative AI I think is relatively new in engineering, architecture and land surveying. Can you take a shot on it? Hardly a topic about it in YT. Thanks! More Success!
Havent read or learn about this sector yet, but Now I am interested. Tiff, you are killing it. Keep this kind of vids coming.Thank you. Have a good one!
And we also have the same dog dang. One of the sweetest and good companion on short walks. Always hoppin on top of your chest moment he see you lay down.
Thank you. I'd be interested in hearing more in depth examples of the last two methods, to really see how it can be used for coding, documentation, etc...
Thanks to AI tools, I am able to absorb your teachings. English is not my native language, and it poses certain challenges for me. Therefore, I gain knowledge primarily through Chinese. Fortunately, with AI, I can use it to understand your explanations. Thank you, AI, and thank you.
Sorry to drift off-topic, but I really like your vlogs and Tik Toks and was wondering if you can recommend any good resources for learning how to create professional videos like yours. You do a lot of quick cuts and insert useful animations and I'd like to learn to do that but I don't know where to start. Thanks in advance for your response.
does anybody know in a non-stationary environment for converging from estimated value to the true value of Q* why step-size(alpha) is kept variable and decaying over state transitions?
The best way to get an LLM to do what you want is to interact with them all the time and see the different results they give for different subjects. Certain prompts work great for certain subjects and tasks and others don’t. Just get very familiar with the tools because if you don’t, you will be replaced with someone who knows your technical abilities and also uses AI to be much more productive.
@@TiffInTech I would love to see a video from you discussing the essential tips and tricks for freelancers in the tech industry in 2024. With the ever-evolving landscape of technology and remote work, I believe your insights would be incredibly beneficial for those considering or already pursuing freelance opportunities in this field.🙏
Well, these are actually called zero-shot prompting and few-shot prompting instead of zero-shot learning and few-shot learning which are related but completely different concepts.
In computer science research, which encompasses fields such as computer science, computer engineering, and artificial intelligence, ethical standards have been neglected for at least two decades. A recurring problem is the renaming of well-established concepts without properly acknowledging their origins. For example, “prompt engineering” is simply a renaming of the concept of relevance feedback, but existing work on relevance feedback often goes unnoticed. This trend is pervasive: in deep learning, research unrelated to deep learning is frequently ignored and thus avoids comparison with lightweigt or frugal methods. Random projection has been renamed compressive sensing. Even basic concepts like the dot product, correlation and convolution have been renamed to create an illusion of innovation. The examples are numerous. Where are the intellectuals whose responsibility it is to denounce such abuses?
